Warm welcome. Comfortable rooms. Fabulous food.
And a very convenient situation in the heart of town. Managed to do a wonderful walk out along the estuary from the hotel one day, so didn’t have to use the car.
And a hearty cooked breakfast!
Would definitely stay again.

Gluten free options. Rooms and hotel in general are very clean.
Pressure of shower wasn’t great, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

A perfect stay from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with how warm the room was with an extra heater if needed. We ate in the restaurant both nights off our stay and found the food delicious. The staff go out off their way to be helpful and made our stay. We can’t wait to return here .

The room was average and tired but comfortable enough for a nights rest. Didn’t go for breakfast as there was no appeal to the dining area. Wasn’t informed until after booking that breakfast was continental and that there was no restaurant service as they were undergoing reservations, if we had know this we may have booked somewhere else

We had a great time staying here. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Delicious breakfast and overall good value. Location was perfect for everything you needed.
The rooms did have a few marks, stains and one had a used cotton bud in the bathroom. Some usual wear & tear but nothing that bothered us much. The WiFi could be much better as there wasn't any in the rooms.
Beds were very comfy and finally a hotel that has linen that doesn't feel like cheap paper!
Very happy and would visit again.

The staff were very welcoming at this hotel. The room was nice and big but there was a strange doorway up some steps to our room in an annex.
Parking was very tight so you have to be a confident parker and access to the car park is along a road at the back of the hotel.
The restaurant meals were fantastic - super quality, so much so that we didn't venture elsewhere for our evening meals. For me they were 10/10.
Breakfast was ok - for some reason it didn't come above ok compared to the evening meals (not sure why).
Location was great and very handy for our first visit to Pembroke. I would definitely stay here again.
