The room was nicely decorated. It was pretty basic but usable. The shower volume was really good. Somehow it ran out of hot water in the morning however. I don’t know why. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. Our room was facing the street, and it was quite loud from the local light rail at night

The hotel is reasonably situated walking distance to all of the main sights in Zagreb. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and bathroom was nice and big. On overall it didn't seam 4 star hotel, more like 3 comparing to some other hotels I stayed in Zagreb.

Nice and comfortable stay. Hotel is near a nice botanical garden and within easy walking distance to many sight. Only one small thing, we had a room facing the street and that can get noisy with all the trams and people about. But overall it was good.

This hotel is right at tram junction. From 11:00 pm to midnight. The trams pass every few minutes to return to to the yard I guess. If you're a light sleeper, you'll have problem falling asleep. It's very conveniently located. Walking distance to everywhere.

What was unique about this was me and my wife were about 3 minutes late to the breakfast area, the hours were like around 8am to 10 am. Although we were a bit late there was a guy there who looked Indian , and he was very nice to us and had let us finish our breakfast in peace and even told us not to forget to have something to drink before we left. I feel like this was very excellent customer service. I give this hotel an overall 10/10 ⭐️ and I recommend it as it has great service all around

Stay away from this den of iniquity

Horrible hotel, please avoid! Carpets in the common areas and bedding in the room are threadbare. Lots of holes and stains on the bedding. The room was not clean with hairs everywhere. The walls are thin, you can hear everything from other rooms. The hotel is on a main road, you can hear traffic throughout the night. The most concerning thing was the amount of people coming and going into the early hours, it did not feel safe. This is not a respectable hotel and they allow all sorts of activities to go on at night. There's no concierge on reception at night. We were due to stay for three nights but checked out after one uncomfortable and sleepless night. The lady on reception agreed with our complaints but said there was nothing she could do about it. She said we could get a refund through hotels.com for the remaining two nights, However, the hotel later refused to issue a refund for the nights we hadn't stayed there.

Apesar de ser num prédio antigo, o hotel foi reformado e é razoavelmente moderno. O quarto é pequeno mas funcional. A desvantagem é o boxe do chuveiro que é muito estreito - mesmo o banheiro em si não sendo tão pequeno. A localização é boa: é razoavelmente perto do centro histórico e há linhas de bonde elétrico próximas. O café da manhã é simples, poderia ter mais opções.

Hôtel facile d’accès avec parking ( payant) proche des lieux intéressants 1000 mètres , chambre simple mais très correcte en literie et comfort , petit déjeuner buffet … de niveau moyen mais correct , bémol les chambres sur rue avec passage du tramway donc un peu bruyantes mais supportable . Prix correct pour une capitale et au niveau du pays qui semble déraper à ce niveau
