NO CORRESPONDEN LAS CALIFICACIONES.

El lugar es una casa que atienden dos personas, su trato es amable pero realmente no es un hotel. Son habitaciones adaptas que no cumplen con un estándar de hotel. La cama es demasiado alta y no tan firme. Está en la vía de acceso principal a Tepoztlán, por tanto el ruido de los autos y camiones es constante incluso de noche. La comunicación con la persona que atiende es por Whatts y en ocasiones no contesta. No hay teléfono o extensión a recepción. Es importante considerar que no tiene ningún tipo de alimento. El precio de la habitación no corresponde al nivel de servicios e instalaciones. Considero debería costar la mitad al ser un lugar sencillo. El mobiliario no es de hotel, es antiguo de casa y no uniforme. El cobro lo hacen no reembolsable al reservar y eso no debería ser. Al llegar te obligan a dar tu credencial del INE y le toman foto y se la quedan.
