The property conditions are worse than the best motels in USA..Old dingy rooms with carpet, outdated and broken furniture, dirty sheets, a terrible smell, extremely thin walls, rough scratchy towels. I wanted to leave the minute I smelled the lobby. The hallways look like they are from a horror movie. The breakfast is not good. I am usually not picky but I couldn't believe the quality of this property. The staff are not very welcoming but they are quick and polite. Check out was easy. The location is superb, right in the heart of Colonia. They do have very hot shower water and one functioning elevator.

The hotel room was very tired and in need of a revamp. It was also very small. The old wooden panelling makes the room feel dirty when it wasn’t. There is plenty of hot water, toiletries and the room is cleaned each day. The area is extremely safe with shops, bars, restaurants, the port and bus station all within walking distance. The river front is also very near. Breakfast - most of the items were very sweet, although there were some ordinary bread rolls. The fruit looked bruised. Eggs can be purchased at an extra cost. You don’t need more than two days to explore Colonia.

Hola. Esta reseña es inevitablemente de poca utilidad, ya que solo reservamos una noche y, por lo tanto, carecemos de una experiencia detallada con el hotel. Las comodidades prometidas en línea son correctas, aunque la piscina, con pequeños restos de plantas en la superficie del agua, la hacía inservible. Al parecer, aún no la habían limpiado, ya que la primavera acababa de empezar. Por lo demás, no hay nada de qué quejarse. El desayuno es muy completo y variado. Good and friendly staff, accommodating . The breakfast is DECENT. Comforting and somewhat classy lobby and the rooms are just fine, cozy and small. Wish they had a fridge and microwave in each room, but maybe that’s just a US thing. It’s just risky, to me, putting my food or drink in the communal fridge ,someone could take it.

El mejor comentario que podría hacer es contar que me he alojado varias veces en este hotel. Está muy bien ubicado, sus instalaciones son, en general, cómodas. Su desayuno es variado y su personal es muy amable. Dispone de una amplia sala de múltiples usos en el 1er piso (con hervidor, heladera y enseres de cocina). No tengo quejas que formular sobre mi estadía. Sí, considero, como sugerencia con tono constructivo, que las instalaciones podrían modernizarse, al menos parcialmente.

Conozco el hotel desde hace muchos años y me alojé en él varias veces. Tiene una excelente ubicación, con instalaciones cómodas y prolijas y un muy cordial trato de su personal. Ofrece un desayuno variado y tiene una sala amplia y funcional para usos múltiples. No tengo aspectos desfavorables para señlar. Sí, podría sugerir, con espíritu constructivo, que se contemple la viabilidad de un programa de renovación de parte de sus instalaciones.

Nice hotel cheapest in the area but looks as good as any other hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating they allow you to drop off bags if it isn’t check in time or leave bags if you have checked out and don’t want to carry luggage around all day until you leave, highly recommended
