The location is great! I just felt like the property itself was unsafe. The service was good, but as far as the rooms, you get what you pay for. The parking lot is small and hard to maneuver in and out of the parking spaces, the walls are thin and I heard ALL the neighbors at all hours.

Our employees reported bugs in the room however they did not tell the front desk about it. The reported it to me a day later.

The place is full of transit people. The hotel rooms are gross. We had cockroaches on us and on the walls during the night. If the room price is cheap and you are okay with gross hotel this is the one.

As soon as we walked in this room, there was a wrapper of some sort sitting right in the middle of the floor. The towel bar had the brackets but no bar. The entire place is filthy. There was no plug in the tub and nothing where the overflow of the tub is, just a hole. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom. There was no mirror in the bathroom! Just a blank wall!
Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place. I would gladly pay double to have a good room. This is a very very bad choice.

The front desk clerk did her best. The rest of the location was seedy and very unhinged. 0/10 recommend.

The listings and reviews are misleading because it refers to an old property. The new property is very dilapidated and unclean and unsafe.

Great staff and management. Tommy Gunn is the security which is real neat to have a wrestling legend getting rid of the rift raft. Prices are really reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

People in hoods and masks walking around harassing me. Wall is full of holes. Fridge leaking. Loud noises at all hours. People banging on the door trying to get in in the middle of the night

On trips to SLC I've been staying at several hotels in the Ft. Union are that are $50 to $60 a night. This one was the worst, a former Motel 6 so do that math. Actually this is in the two worst motels I've ever stayed at in Utah. Wear, rust, broken phone and cockroaches in the bathroom (from nearby kitchenette.) So was it $40 worse than downtown? OK just to sleep but not for leisure unless you are skiing.

The manager Katie and Maintance/Security Tom were Great!! It's the employees Ashley the worst to have working in office. You can only tell she has a drug problem. She cannot function at her job and she is rude to guests. Good Luck is all I can say I would not recommend to anyone. The rooms should be free if bed is made the cleaning staff don't change the sheets And the smell from mold and cockroaches is enough to make people get sick. Health department should have been involved for sure.
