Good value, interesting design and decor
Mark, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Cozy and Comfy

Hotel was great for our stay in Estes Park. Location was perfect. We walked to eat and shop and very close to the National Park entrances.
Michelle, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The bikes available for a ride around the lake to see the elk was amazing! S’mores and fire pit was great!
Erin, 1-night trip

Very walkable to city and nice hotel stay
Ben, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Decent place for a short stay

This is a great location for getting to everything around Estes Park, which is essentially what you are paying for. Beyond that, it is nothing special. Glad I brought my own pillow, as theirs are much firmer than other hotels. Would be nice to have a couple of softer ones.
JEFF, 2-night trip

Quetzal, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The location is the best quality and the staff is very friendly. The lobby, bar and outdoor area is very nice and enjoyable. The rooms themselves are nice and have what you need but it’s very noisy when sleeping.
Margie, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

It was just ok

We found the Trailborn a little rough around the edges, without any comfortable place to sit in our room. We couldn't change the temperature. I'm sure a phone call to the desk would have resolved it, but we wanted to get to bed. Too cold for a shower, so after a good nights sleep we headed out early.
George, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Clean room and nice shower. Plenty of parking and easy to walk to everything. Tip for light sleepers: The light from mini split A/C unit was awful, bright blue and right above the headboard so bring an eye mask.
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

They need more parking or separate parking area for people just there for the cafe. Other than that this place is great, super cute and clean. Would stay again!
Chantill, 3-night trip

Emily at the front desk was so sweet. Very knowledgeable and patient. Kimberly at the restaurant was awesome to chat with. Makes the best margaritas!
Ashley, 1-night trip

Nice updated rooms. Would have liked a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Joy, 2-night trip

Great place to stay!

We had a great trip to Estes Park and would absolutely stay at Trailborn again. It was a beautiful hotel, comfortable room and great location. Our kids loved the free smores in the evenings. Our first room didn't have any water pressure in the shower and they immediately upgraded us to a new room, no hassle. The customer service was excellent.
Tara, 2-night trip

Very nice
John, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Attended a wedding this weekend. Trailborn is centrally located, and has a night staffer who was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Free nut snacks available at the front desk at both Trailborn locations. Our room needed the door to be better sealed in order to minimize gnats in the room and other insects from coming through the door openings. Room floor also wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. Slippers or socks are a must to be worn in the room but beware, they will be black from the unclean floor. There are thin walls so you will hear your neighbors. Overall, was a decent stay.
Sylvia, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

I can hear my neighbor snore clearly
Pengshan, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Stay else where.

The staff was hard to find for the front desk. The room was spacious but the bed was uncomfortable, the description for the pets is incorrect. Lots of weeks. Floors in the room were swept but not mopped. The walls are thin. They don’t have an area for pets to be off leash, don’t provide pet bowls. The outside had trash and other debris. The fire pit was nice but had nothing but weeds around the outside of the chairs. I would not stay here again.
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

I stayed at Trailborn for 3 nights at the end of May into June. It’s a convenient location and has all of your basic needs including a big bed, fridge, and hot water. Parking was plenty, rooms are clean. My only advice for people considering to stay here is to make sure you bring ear plugs. We stayed on the ground floor and you can hear everything from your upstairs neighbors, next door and outside. We didn’t eat at the on site restaurant so can’t comment on that but I noticed it’s a very small menu
Akiko, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room was great, small but clean and comfy. When they cleaned the room they did not leave enough towels/no extra Kleenex ( so we ran out) . Small details that make the stay much nicer. Overall very good rating!
Rebecca, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Room wasn’t ready by 4pm. Staff gave me $50 discount.
