We stay at this property every year for the past 10 years, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, the pool is great. It’s convenient to all the restaurants and bars as well as the fishing fleet in Montauk. Great place overall!

This was the perfect place for our quick overnight stay in Montauk! The rooms were super clean and large and check in was easy. The owner was also extremely hospitable and was able to provide travel toiletries we had forgotten. The outside may look a bit rough around the edges but it honestly was a perfect place for a couple nights stay and newly renovated rooms. Would absolutely stay again!

It is located such a nice place, everything is nearby. They do not have an outside shower to rinse after a day at the beach, no elevator, and they do not have any water in the lobby to grab a glass. Besides that everything was perfect.

Arrived laye at night on check-in and staff had already sent me my late check-in details and answered me promptly on my emails. The rooms were very clean and staff was amazing. I found our room to be nicely decorated, spacious, and very clean. Our bathroom was very tiny, but the sink was separate, which I appreciate, to save time getting ready. Closet door was a mirror, which is always nice. The restaurant wasn’t open but the front desk assistant gave us an amazing recommendation for a very fresh seafood restaurant.
