Comfortable lounge with plenty of power points, great breakfast and helpful staff. Right in the city center, it was easy to get to everything.

The vibes are good! Room was decent. For a young 20’s something it’s a nice spot to be with friends and meet people. I just personally have a more bougie taste now that I’m mid 30’s, and it’s not the hotels fault for that. So if you see some lower stars, that’s why. Super nice staff and common areas.
Didn’t end up having roommates which was awesome!

The staffs were excellent. Very helpful.the shared lobby and the kitchen are good too. The 6 bed shared room where I stayed were full of worn out beds, did not appear to be ‘clean’ enough. Not enough spaced to hang out used clothes. Maybe, considering the low cost, it should be accepted.

All the people who work there are very nice and professional: receptionists, housekeepers, a young guy who cleans the kitchen! Thanks to all of you! If I could add anything to this place, that would be some snacks and drinks dispenser and a coffee machine or juste some coffee offered to the guests 🤗 when you are staying only a couple of days, you don’t think to buy ground coffee to prepare it twice a day.

The staff, especially the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating with tips on maximizing my brief stay in the SF area. Tucked into a small alley way in the Tenderloin district, it's accessible to the SF downtown area and all the landmarks are within walking distance.

No. Just no. Shabby inside and located on a very sketchy litter filled alley.

Easy check-in, desk 24 hours in case you need assistance. The room had lockers for your personal belongings, and you could purchase a padlock at reception (The locker in my room was broken, but I felt safe leaving my belongings in the room since I always took all my valuables with me anyway). The room had its own sink, and the bathroom and shower were in the hall, easily accessible. The bunk beds are pretty high, so look out for that if it could be a problem. The kitchen and hang-out areas are spacious, and the check-in area and library are nicely decorated, which is always a plus :)
