Overall the check in experience was good but the breakfast wasn’t 5 star quality. They have varieties of choices such as egg station, roti canai station & I really love they have fresh juices & homemade soya milk. Great hotel. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, nice rooftop bar. Room service food was average. There’s not much around the hotel and the walk into town is a bit dicey along a main road. Best to take a Grab, but due to Thaipussam festival and road closures, this wasn’t possible.

Overall, the location is excellent. However, there are a few areas for improvement in the room. The pillow could be more comfortable, and there was some visible dirt in the jacuzzi. Additionally, the breakfast service could be more efficient, as guests have to wait in a 10-15 minute queue before being seated due to the crowd. It may be helpful to consider offering a separate dining area for 12th-floor guests during peak weekends or seasons. Despite these minor issues, it was still a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it.
