No where we saw was this extended stay. Decent reviews and because we have had a lot of medical expenses we looked for something lower in price. The room is over worn. The lobby is super small and hard to know which door to go in. Elevator and floors are clean. Wish I’d of known sooner. Hope we get out healthy.

I've been at this Days Inn since September, and we will be here until December, when an apartment will be Available. The New Manager is nice, and they will work with you. I enjoy my time here so far and have had no issues at all. Its also very close to work while I may not have an apartment right now staying here at an extended rate has been great and if It werent for days inn Idk where I be a lot of other hotels are pretty pricy especially for the extended stay rates. changes are happening for the good !!

The ac didn't work and the refrigerator was going out. The entire stay was extremely hot and muggy, opening the window at night didn't help cool the room at all. They say they have a gym and dishes in their rooms, but that isn't true. The gym is out of order and they don't know when they're getting dishes back in their rooms.

Wont Stay Again

I would definitely pay a little more to stay at a different place. There was no breakfast even though it was listed online. If you are allergic to animals, even though the site says no pets allowed, but there were multiple dogs all over the place. I found a stash of cat food in my room in a spot that most likely has not been cleaned in months. The smell of weed permeated throughout the building. On a good not. The beds were comfy.

Fine.. not great.

This was a “you get what you pay for” situation. The hotel was clean enough, but certainly wasn’t overly comfortable. They had tiny square pillows, opposed to actual pillows on the bed. The counters had cigarette burns on them, the tv seemed to have some sort of glitch. We were informed upon check in that they were over booked for the night, so they were functioning on a “first come, first serve basis”. It was quiet though, so we were able to be well rested. That was nice.

Holes it the walls, cupboards, counters and drawers warped and peeling apart. Splatter on the lamp shade and the walls. Bathroom walls filthy, covered in god knows what and hair all over. Dirt on the floors when we walked in. We wanted to check in early but they said the rooms were not done being cleaned yet which was fine, we waited 2 hours for a filthy room. Luckily I’m having surgery at Mayo tomorrow and only needed somewhere to sleep for the night or I would have left. The common areas of the hotel stink, the floors are stained, carpet filthy, walls dirty, scuffed. The staff were friendly but the hotel definitely needs a deep clean!

Everything was on par with other motels for the price. Didn't like the fact there wasn't a single coffee maker on the property of any kind or a cup or glass in the room. Not even a plastic one. What's up with that? I would still recommend this motel for anyone staying in the Rochester area as a cheap and easy place to stay.

Called for late arrival, told couldn’t guarantee room because we booked with a third party and they were overbooked. Told they don’t provide breakfast. Only one roll of toilet paper in the room, we were running out and called to get more, told we couldn’t get more toilet paper until the front desk opened up at 10 am, we were were supposed to wait for 2 hours to get more toilet paper. No kleenex, no coffee maker, had an iron but no iron board. Kept being told if we caused any problems we would be kicked out. We were 3 women in our 60s-70s, we don’t cause problems. Person at front desk was outside smoking numerous times and no one at front desk. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The website states they serve breakfast, they Do NOT. Said trying to get the website updated???? We had a kitchenette with no cups plates pans silverware toaster coffee maker can opener NOTHING. The cabinets were empty so we had a microwave and fridge like any other standard room.
