My daughters and I stayed here one night. As others have written about, the ventilation/ air wasn't connected (we were told it was not available just now) and we could open a window. This didn't help the stagnant smell in the room and bathroom. When we checked in we were presented with a strange list of everything that would cost extra (ex. losing the key card, checking out late, breaking something), but no welcome. The light and self-playing piano show in the lobby was extremely cool. In all, a memorable-for-being-odd experience - not terrible, but no need to repeat it.

The stay here was quite enjoyable. The view was excellent, the room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and there was even a bathtub jacuzzi which was an unexpected surprise. It was close to the subway station and several bus stops, with a number of shopping areas and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Definitely spend some tine exploring the area, and absolutely visit the Incheon Information Center that’s about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We decided to make this hotel the point of departure for all our excursions. The subway and buses can take you anywhere you need to go in Seoul. I do have one suggestion for the hotel mgmt.(which is why I could only give 4 stars): Please provide reading lamps! The ceiling lights aren’t really conducive to reading, and lighting the whole room so a single person can read isn’t really a viable solution.

It was inconveniently located near Central Park and the train station. Windows and glass wall bathroom enclosure needs to be cleaned better. Lots of windows were cleaned to a certain height and the rest was pretty dirty in the breakfast restaurant. Our bathroom glass wall enclosure had water streaks or stains on the bottom half behind the bath tub, but very visible from the bedroom side as it is the wall of the bathroom.

Everything excellent ewxcept for the basin water

The sevice was good, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Only one thing detracted from the stay. The odor from the water coming ouit of the faucet in the bathroom was odorous and smelled like old pipes. While i did not get sck from brushing my teeth with that basin water, it certainly was distracting and unsettling.
