Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay.

Atendentes sempre simpáticos e atenciosos, nada de sorriso forçado e programado, bem natural, parabéns !!! Nova recepção muito bonita mas com ventania e frio, prejudica o conforto e bem estar. Sala de jogos com os odores gerados pelos cavalos poderia ser movida do local . Vinhos e espumantes para pessoas que bebem tais bebidas , melhor trazer de casa . Músicas na piscina pela manhã agradável mas a tarde , somente sertanejo, pagode , samba e pouco funk (aleluia). Quem gosta , está 100% atendido. Lugar muito bacana e adequado para crianças e adolescentes . A apresentação da comida não está das melhores, uma reforma do restaurante será inaugurada em breve , mas acho que o frio e vento irão marcar presença no espaço . Muita bicicleta disponível, ninguém ficava em filas longas , excelente ! Vimos que existem muitas melhorias sendo implantadas , que demonstra forte compromisso com o cliente .

O hotel é bom. O que falta é avançar em inovações. O restaurante continua o mesmo após anos, muita “muvuca”, comida com aparência “mal cuidada”. Poderiam iniciar a abertura de novos restaurante temáticos, com uma qualidade um pouco melhor, utilizando serviço de reserva ou custo adicional. Outro ponto importante, a piscina coberta em que a água é morna/fria, janelas abertas, o hotel peca neste ponto quando em dias frios. Cobrança de roupões em um hotel de piscina e no inverno?
