Beautiful location , very friendly staff members, very good food overall in all the restaurants available. We had an unexpected problem on our first day but the staff responded immediately to solve the issue and they made sure our stay was not disrupted or affected. Great layout, we were busy all day between the beach, multiple pools, and activities for the family at various locations around the resort. The food was great as well. Great breakfast, lunch, and snack options throughout the day. The dinner restaurants were all well run and delicious. Highly recommend this resort.

The grounds are gorgeous, including all the landscaping and the pools. The restaurants are excellent, although the desserts could use some work. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it felt like they were just a bit understaffed. The rooms are very comfortable, including the beds. The only real complaint is that my booking included a "$100 spa credit," except it only applies under certain conditions, so it was really frustrating that they wouldn't actually honor it even though we spent $200 at the spa.

The room was beautiful and had a nice tub on the balcony. There were monkeys everywhere which was awesome! The air conditioning in our room stopped working twice but they were very quick to come and fix it. The service and bartenders were great! We loved the food and the resteraunts. A wide variety to choose from- Italian, Mexican, French, Buffet, Japanese/Hibachi, Seafood, etc. We would definitely come back!

Dirty spa! They make you pay a lot of money for their services but you will not even enjoy the hydrotherapy because the water was super dirty, full of leaves and some disgusting foam. The water in the spa mad cold, no one was there, super empty. On top of that zero good entertainment, shows for old ppl. Food was good, quiet relaxing resort away from everything. Nasty beach, almost nobody wanted to be there, black sand. We paid $1200 per night, stayed there 2 nights and were bored the next day already. Overrated resort, expensive and nothing to offer. I would not recommend it.
