Equipe maravilhosa, todos muito atenciosos. O hotel em si era maravilhoso e o quarto era muito bom, cama maravilhosa, vista muito bonita, só o que deixou um pouco a desejar, ao meu ver, foi a iluminação do quarto, para se maquiar era muito complicado, pois não tinha uma iluminação sem ser amarela no quarto ou banheiro, também achei que faltou uma tomada central em que o hóspede possa desligar todas as luzes do quarto, a noite a gente tinha que ir desligando as lâmpadas uma a uma. Outro ponto a ser melhorado seria o ar condicionado, que já era antigo e não gelava tanto. Preciso falar do café da manhã que é maravilhoso, muitas opções, pão de queijo sempre quentinho, sem falar no pão de queijo que eles servem todas as tardes, era sempre muito bom chegar no hotel e comer os pães antes de subir para o quarto. No geral, apesar das questões citadas, amei o hotel e a hospitalidade e me hospedaria lá novamente, sempre que voltasse a BH.

Começando pelo quarto, tamanho perfeito, bonito e aconchegante. Todos os funcionários são muito prestativos e atenciosos. O restaurante foi o meu favorito, é um lugar “chique” com comida boa ( o preço varia de 30 a 70 reais por pessoa) e MUITO bem servida. A localização é boa e o preço da diária é acessível, vale a pena pagar um pouco a mais quando comparado aos outros hotéis que não oferecem nem perto disso.

Eu já havia ficado nesse hotel outras vezes e acho que a qualidade piorou. O café da manhã apesar de bom e diversificado, está muito caótico, sendo difícil até encontrar mesa disponível. A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar, inclusive estava cheio daquelas moscas de banheiro, que indicam limpeza deficiente. Todos os dias o cartão de acesso ao quarto desmagnetizava e eu tinha que voltar na recepção.
