Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Great location, right across & walking distance from all landmarks. Lovely breakfast. Negative points: The hotel does not have a concierge to help with the baggage to the room. We travelled with a 6 month old with a lot of luggage so it was inconvenient. During check in, the manager was very kind and helped us with the bags. During checkout, the different manager on duty said we have to manage the bags by ourselves, which was unpleasant.

Beautiful hotel, great service! Breakfast is also good. It´s clean and has very comfortable beds, not to soft <3 I stayed in a wheelchair accessible room with lots of space for my electrical wheelchair, and accessible bathroom. The members of staff is very attentive and kind. The service was beyond excellent! They even arranged new ramps when we arrived because their current ramps where to small for my chair. The room is quite nice, but unfortunately has a very poor view. I will also say, the armrests by the toilet is a bit slippery, and when you don´t place any weight on them they go up again, which was a bit weird. I did not use the shower since I cannot sit on the kind of hygiene chair that folds down from the wall. But it seemed good. A lot of room in the shower, to place a garden chair for example, if you want to shower in a different chair.
