Eu me sinto muito confortável no Hotel Rainha do Brasil. Todas as vezes que vou à Aparecida me hospedo aí, sempre com muita satisfação. A única observação que farei é em relação ao horário de início do café da manhã (7h ) , que considero inadequado para um Hotel . O ideal seria a partir das 6h , principalmente que a primeira missa é às 6:45h . No mais , o hotel é perfeito em tudo .

Viagem com família à Aparecida do Norte

O hotel é bom, os funcionários são cordiais e as refeições oferecidas são muito boas. Porém tenho dois pontos de melhoria: 1. Me hospedei no apartamento 418. Havia um ruído constante de encanamento durante toda a noite que incomodou bastante para dormir. 2. A piscina do hotel tem aquecimento e, nesta época do ano (dezembro/2024) tornou a água muito quente. Ao invés de refrescar, dá mais calor ainda. É uma boa ideia regular ou desligar o aquecimento no ponto mais quente do ano.

Hotel muito bonito, mas já esteve melhor

O hotel é muito bonito e tem um ótimo café da manhã, mas a diária é bem cara e notei uma certa piora desde a última vez que fomos. Nos hospedamos em um quarto com uma obra bem ruidosa logo acima de nós. Íamos ficar apenas uma noite e acho que faltou um certo cuidado do hotel de isolar melhor o quarto em obras, não alocando hóspedes nas acomodações ao lado. Após reclamarmos, a recepção nos disse que pediria para que a obra parasse (já eram mais de 19hs). Portanto, imagino que se o hóspede preferisse não reclamar, teria que suportar o barulho por mais algum tempo. Além disso, nosso ar-condicionado não estava funcionando. Avisei a recepção assim que percebi e demoraram para oferecer uma solução: trocar de quarto. Por fim, só conseguimos fazer a troca tarde da noite, após voltamos do jantar. Podem ter sido fatos isolados, mas isso acabou prejudicando nossa experiência de uma única noite. Como disse, pelo alto preço que cobram (especialmente ao comparar com outros hoteis da região), não sei se ainda vale a pena como antes. Obrigado.

Melhor Hotel de Aparecida.

Hotel incrivel, atendimento maravilhoso. Minha única recomendação é que coloquem mas funcionários no horário do check-in pois tive que aguardar mas de 35 minutos para fazer o check-in, fila estava enorme e somente duas atendentes. Mas fora isso minha estadia foi maravilhosa. Amo este hotel e vou voltar assim que possível.
