The stay here was nothing short of amazing! The staff were extremely friendly! They even set me a table at the beach and made me a cake and sung to me for my birthday! The food options at the hotel and nearby was endless. I enjoyed myself! Very clean and safe environment. I look forward to staying here when I come back!

Paradise Beach Hotel truly lives up to its name! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The transportation team was incredibly friendly and efficient, making our arrival and departure stress-free. A special shout-out to the staff member who took the time to walk us through the events and activities – their enthusiasm and helpfulness made planning our stay a breeze. Even the simple act of being shown to our room was handled with such care and attention. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable and enjoyable vacation. I can't recommend Paradise Beach Hotel enough!

Hotel has a lot to fix. First it’s not a private plunge pool in your room it’s on the rooftop so maybe they need to be a little more specific. Pool was dirty. We were there 7 days and the staff isn’t warm welcoming nor Catering. I must say the Marvin & Oscar were the only friendly and helpful staff on the beach with, towels, chairs and umbrella services. Not impressed by this hotel at all! Definitely recommend staying at the Grand Roatan!!!!!!

This is a great place to stay in West Bay. Lots to do, many restaurants close by, amazing beach with prime snorkeling right off shore. The beach and hotel staff are wonderful and very attentive - shout out to Marvin, Joel, Jose, Byron and Marlen! There are many kids and families who stay at this property and the hotel is currently doing some renovations and updating the rooms/balconies and outside structures. The breakfast buffet was really good, fresh foods and coffee each morning starting at 7am. I would definitely book a future stay!

The rooms are small and shower was tiny! Unless you rent a villa which was beautiful and comfortable. We had a few issues with our ride from the airport, the room was not what I booked, we got moved to the one I had asked for next to the pool (very small and outdated), the shower broke and we had to be moved again. The staff was awesome, courteous and very professional. Ónice at the front desk took care of everything for us and always with her beautiful smile. Estefany and Javi jumped in to make sure we were taken care of. Dalia was always happy and kept our room spotless. Joel and Abraham also very pleasant every morning during breakfast. I didn’t get everyone’s name, but again the staff was awesome!!

From the moment we were picked up to check-in at the front desk, including the staff at Cayuco restaurant, the service and attention were exceptional! The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. When the original bus broke down, arrangements were swiftly made for an alternate ride, and we even received coupons for drinks at the restaurant. The communication was seamless, with updates on our ride's arrival time - and they even arrived earlier than expected! Having stayed here twice, I can confidently say it's my go-to resort, and I'd highly recommend it to friends and family.

Paradise Beach is in the perfect spot in the middle of West Bay. Quiet and clean with a great pool just steps from the beach. The staff (Edwin, Jose, and Joel in particular) are simply awesome. The beachside bar and restaurant made leaving the hotel grounds totally unnecessary. Eveything you need for a great stay on Roatan is at Paradise Beach!
