It is indeed the 5-star hotel that it deserves to be. Very professional, clean, and efficient. Conveniently located, and is just 35 minutes from IST airport.

The hotel location is great with easy parking and next to a mall. The room is spacious with complimentary parking and buffet breakfast. Amenities in the room is good. As VIP member with Expedia and this hotel have the VIP under expedia for member but upon check in we were not offer any upgrade nor being informed that as VIP we could get 25% on F&B. The buffet breakfast have huge selection but small portion and some are not fresh. Nevertheless we are fine with it since we are only spending a night at the hotel. We will definitely stay at the hotel again if we are going to Istanbul for the same reason. We recommend the hotel.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is can not be described is words. They are so friendly and welcoming. They are just so nice. Specially the ladies at the security checks. The rooms are well appointed. The location is perfect. Everything is steps away. I won’t do this hotel any justice when I say that it’s a perfect property. Keep up the good work.

The Hotel is an excellent option for Istanbul visitors for tourists or business, 3 shopping malls is surrounding the hotel Levent Metro station is under the hotel directory. So where ever you need to go in Istanbul it is convenient. Check in and checkout was super smooth and special thanks to Samet he make our stay as he was pampering us and help us on early check in and late checkout. This was my second stay and differently I will stay agin
