Dåligt städat rum med smutsig fläkt. Trasiga handdukar och en handdukstork som inte gick att stänga av vilket gjorde att det blev väldigt varmt både i badrummet och det vanliga rummet. Fick också vänta på att personal skulle dyka upp vid incheckning.
