After our first night, we requested a room change because the initial room was very dirty. We were moved to a better room, but it was still not properly cleaned. The rooms could benefit from a deep cleaning, and the hotel should consider using bleach and stain remover for the sheets. On a positive note, the hotel staff were very friendly and always eager to assist.

We love the Kusnadi, So quiet and convenient. Traditional style, with squirrels and geckos roaming around. Close to the beach, shopping and other places to eat if you need a steak fix. Not usually a family hotel so the pool hasn't got a heap of kids running around, relaxing place to chill after a day out.

Very nice staff and the renovated rooms are also great! Prices are also fantastic. I’ll be back again and I don’t often say that about places in Bali. It was actually better than the pictures. Only slight issues was the kitchen was understaffed and it took 1.5hrs to get dinner one night. Every other night we got the food within 30 minutes. Not an issue! Will book this place again and tell all my friends.
