Had a great time

My first time staying at a "Chateau". The property is beautiful, and the view of the city from your hotel room is also one of our highlights of this trip. Also, we enjoyed the bar very much. The staff of this hotel are friendly and helpful too.

Our stay at Chateau Guestsch was amazing. The lift takes you up and down the property and the views are spectacular. Amazing service and just beautiful space.
Marva, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is amazing with a great location. We had a perfect view of lake Lucerne from our room. The lift to go down to the main town was right next to the hotel and it was easy to get to the city from there. Our room was clean, large and spacious. There was a great restaurant in the hotel and the staff was warm, courteous and extremely helpful. There was parking at the hotel as well. Would highly recommend staying here.

Hossein, 4-night trip

Spectacular property. Highly recommend. Such a unique place to stay and so conveniently located - far enough away from the crowds, but easy to access downtown.

Stay here!!!

Absolutely amazing!!!! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything from the service to the staff and the amenities was out of this world. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so wonderful!!! It was so worth it.
Emma, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Location is wonderful. The whole facility is amazing, luxury rooms. Only two, maybe minor, setbacks: no air conditioner and slippery bathtub.
Rodolfo, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Absolutely stunning historic part of Luzerne. We stayed in the Victoria Suite and it was magical. The staff is so friendly. Views are amazing!! The only negative is it is a journey to get up (vehicular elevator and steps) but absolutely worth it.
Ashley, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

This property is absolutely stunning, amazing views, each public area is gorgeous, and decorated impeccably. If you are worried about the distance to Old Town Lucerne, they have a cable car that brings you right up and down the mountain.
Laureen, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The receptionists are very nice and helpful, but the man who claimed himself as the manager is unbelievably rude and racist.

6/10 Good

No AC, room small. Great breakfast and surrounding area
Nikita, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We love the style and decor. Immaculately cared for. Lovely view and just far enough from downtown Lucerne. Great staff and amazing view from our Queen's Suite. Highly recommend. Nothing to complain about here.
MARK, 5-night trip

4/10 Fair

No AC. Funicular broken

Funicular broken making hotel feel remote. Hot and no AC.
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Iconic location with mind boggling views. Very attentive staff. Very good breakfast with good choices. Very close to city centre via the funicular. Will definitely recommend. The hotel is as expected old so the rooms are converted to modern standards. The bathroom is quite tiny with exhaust non-existent. We visited when Lucern was going through a hot spell. The air conditioner was too small for the size of the room which was split into two levels. Very good restaurant and bar on site with lots of functions going on. A great hotel to stay atleast once.
