Everything about the hotel was lovely. Clean, quiet, centrally-located, and helpful and friendly staff. Bruno at the front desk really stood out and was a highlight of our stay. We would stay here again, no question.

Great place to stay in Dublin
Hotel is on the edge of the Temple Bar area but central to everything. Buses and tour buses stop nearby with convenient restaurants in the area. Clean and very comfortable rooms - plush towels and bathrobes in the room. Staff were wonderful- very helpful and went out of their way to assist. Attached restaurant was very good as well.

Nice place to stay.
Nice hotel, decent restaurant clean and only just off Temple Street.
Offers a nice breakfast and staff are very friendly in reception.
The lower rooms can be a little noisy with traffic, but if you want to be in the centre of town, you have to expect it.

Breakfast was disappointing
Breakfast was disappointing. Food was very greasy. I've never been refused a latte in any hotel i have ever stayed in but i was here, also baffled how they don't stock HP brown sauce especially when serving an irish breakfast, bizarre.
