The room was clean and in very good condition. However, there were a couple of notable exceptions. There are two switches in the bathroom, one for the light and one for the ventilation fan. The switch for the vent fan does not seem to work as there is no vent fan in the ceiling. There is a round white plate in the ceiling where a vent fan may have been. Between the bunk beds and the queen bed, there is a single double switch on the wall. One must be for a Zombie repellent and the other is a Chupacabra repellent. They worked very well as I did not see any Zombies or Chupacabras while there. Some of the wood furniture could use a touch up pen due to wear. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would recommend to visit, as I plan to stay there again.

For the location it was great, especially with watching all the surfing. It’s right off the road. Our room was pointing towards the road so it made it really noisy. Right next to restaurants and could walk to them easily.

Friendly and helpful staff, helped us get reservations at the Manuel Antonio Park when we were having trouble with the site. Right off the beach enjoyed watching the surfers. Walk done the beach to several nice restaurants. Pleasant view from balcony with comfortable chairs.

Very comfortable beds. The beach is not crowded, we enjoy the privacy. The grounds around the hotel are very well maintained. We could walk to a few restaurants and the food was great. Would stay there again. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room, swimming pool and grounds were clean and well maintained. The front desk employees were fantastic and went above and beyond to provide any assistance needed. They offered up dining recommendations and helped book tours. The location is walking distance to multiple good restaurants and you can walk the beach to get to some of them. The beach was a short distance from the rooms. The town of Jaco and supermarkets to buy groceries were a short drive. Two things we would have appreciated; less ants outside and inside and a microwave. Aside from that we had a wonderful stay!!!

The hotel was clean and secure. The staff was super helpful navigating the language barrier and country. Chelsea and the other staff at the front desk made you feel welcome. The black sand beach is just a few steps from the hotel. The pool and grounds are clean and personal. I think all the rooms have an ocean view and balcony. The only thing I would say could help perfect the stay is a coffee maker( there is an expresso machine). The hotel is also close to major road. Our personal experience was amazing and we will be back.

This property is very well kept, Draco one of the dogs loves playing with Sticks. My son had the best time playing with him. The breakfast they cooked and delivered to the room was fresh and amazing. Close to the town.

Stayed here with my family of 4. We had a great time. Staff was very friendly, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Beach is literally right outside, beware of rip currents. Surfers paradise!
