I really like the attentive care this hotel gives to its guests. They will also try their best to meet the needs of the guests! I think it's a great hotel! Silks Place Tainan achieve 5-star on an international scale, the staff always try to fulfill customers' requests. The only thing that should be improved is “toiletries” (i.e.) shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The quality is way below the standard of 5-star hotel.
