Enjoyed the room and the location but the restaurant was way overpriced for the food. There were not many options to eat around this area so be aware that you will need a car to get around.

This hotel was perfect. It was just what we were looking for in the middle of a three week extensive tour of Turkey. From the moment we arrived the staff was So welcoming and eager to please us. We were upgraded to a suite on our second day, which was a delightful experience. We had invited friends to come for dinner and had a fantastic evening dining alfresco. This is a hotel that we will include in our future for sure.

Solid five star boutique

Amazing. Expansive sea views, direct access to a secluded private beach, ample cabanas and services, nicest staff capable of well spoken English . The food options were a bit limited as there was only one menu, but the chef was willing to accommodate special orders.

We stayed for a few days at Cassa Nonna and the only issue was that we could not stay longer! Fantastic facilities, a gorgeous location and very friendly staff - special mentions to Hediye and Gökhan who took great care of us every step of the way. Will definitely be back and highly reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury accomodation at a convenient distance from the town. Ps. The beach at the back if the property is stunning.

Great property and location with beautiful rooms. Staff is very friendly. The only reason I don’t give the best rating is due to high prices. A cocktail is around 30 Eur plus service fee. There is no turn down service either. There is a hotel with a very loud club next door. Very high potential generally but the last mile to perfection is missing.

We stayed for few days in October and it was amazing! I work for a luxury resort in US and I was blown away. The quality of food and presentation 10/10 The view and cleanliness 10/10 Staff, customer service and the speed of service 1000/10 Specially Yasin and Burak were amazing and a girl in the restaurant with glasses ( unfortunately don’t remember her name) so professional and accommodating. This unique, boutique style resort is right on the water and 10-15 min away from downtown and shopping center. I don’t know about other times of the year but for few days in October it was sooo peaceful and quiet - perfect for romantic getaway ( they have dinner tables literally a feet away from the sea) make sure get a room witj view but even if you don’t pool and its cabanas have breathtaking views. There is no much to do in or around ( walking distance) but honestly it is so beautiful we didn’t wanna leave and mostly stayed in.

All style no substance

We stayed here in 2020 when it was still Sign by Ersan. We had one of the most fabulous experiences of our life and even got engaged there. As it stands today, the renovations are stunning, but service was absolutely lacking. There was no anticipation of our needs. No one went out of their way for us or even introduced themselves to us. If we needed anything, we had to go out and flag someone down to assist- requests as basic as can I order a drink. If we sat at the beach, we would be ignored. When we got a cabana for a day- we were not checked on once. At breakfast service was fine but after ordering and asking for the check, there was no interaction or interest from staff to engage with us and ask how our meals were. At dinner, we probably had the best service, although we still felt like we were inconveniencing staff by being there. Our best friends were the gang of cats surrounding us and pressing us for a morsel to eat. We would have spent great money here outside of our expensive room. However, no one cared to ask us or sell us or even give us a menu in any circumstance of our being there. We would’ve ordered more food while lounging by the beach, had a round of shisha, and definitely a ton more drinks if anyone could have given us their time and attention. I hate that we felt like we were intruding on other peoples grand holiday’s instead of enjoying our own. Lesson learned to not return to a place when expectations are high.

How is Casa Nonna is a 5 star hotel? Our experience was anything but. When we arrived, they gave us handicap room when we did not request or need it. This would have been fine if this were the only room left but it wasn't. We looked online and there were several rooms of our same type still available. Only after we brought this to their attention did they move us to another room. Neither the original or new room was well cleaned as there was hair everywhere. They also did not clean our rooms for a couple days even though we did not have a sign on the door. We met a couple during our stay and they said the same thing. There was no iron in the room so we asked the front desk for one and they said they would bring one to our room shortly. 30 min go by so we call again and they said they will bring it soon. Another 30 min go by, we call again, and they finally tell us that all of the irons are being used by other guests and we have to wait until they’re done. Why they didn’t just tell us this in the first place or why a big hotel has a couple of irons is beyond me. At check out, we were charged for several meals that we did not order. Be sure to check your final bill! Despite the extra charges, Hediye (one of the receptionists) was very helpful and committed to helping us remove the charges. Besides Heidye and the incredibly kind restaurant staff, everything was subpar. I DO NOT recommend staying here if you appreciate basic customer service and cleanliness.

Relaxing Vacation

Beautiful hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. The beach and pool are gorgeous and you can’t beat the hotel’s setting. Rooms are great - super clean and comfortable. Service is top notch. Only feedback is the food was hit or miss.

Excellent hotel that provided impeccable service for a great stay. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast is very good - although 10:30 is a bit early for a breakfast cutoff during the summer season. Highly recommend staying here as this hotel is amazing
