Arrival: Welcome greeting by front staffs. Easy checkin. Good walk to the room. Everything were great. Very good vibe.
Room: Simple. Clean. Seperate restroom. Have a cold small refrigerator, a hair-dryer, a TV, and a large balcony for a view.
View: A one-of-a-kind beautiful view with green rice fields, mysterious sorrounding mountains... It's unreal.
Foods: Tasty breakfast with choices of Vietnamese Pho, Banh Cuon, or Bun Bo (Beef Noodle), or the usual western style (eggs, ham, bread...). They're all good. The coffee is good enough to stir up the morning.
We have dinner hot pot of basa fish and it's excellent. Price is reasonable.
Services: Shout out to Duong. She is friendly, helped us make table reservation, order dinner, accomodate our breakfast, happy to answer every questions we had about the property... all with a beautiful smile. That's what customer sevice is about. Front desk staffs were also helped us calling taxi for our hiking destination. It was a good price for a round trip.
We will come again.
