This is an elite property. The views are breathtaking, the incredible large pool overlooks the ocean, the beach is a few steps from the pool, the staff are fantastic. The rooms are gorgeous and the entire property is clean and beautiful. If you want to leave the resort style hotel, you need a car. Nothing is in walking distance, but when you want a location on the beach you need a car in Sardinia. This hotel will not disappoint!

We loved this hotel! From the moment you walk into the lobby you are impressed with the views. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable had an amazing view of the ocean and the pool. Beach loungers with umbrellas! Super big and cozy beach towels. The restaurant and Pool bar were fabulous with great variety of drinks and local cuisine. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We planned a trip to Sardinia but this hotel was very far from everything at least 50mins driving. After turning off the main road the drive to the hotel which is about 10mins is very dark and we always felt uneasy.

The right place if you want only to relax, there is just the resort and the beach, next village 3,5 km. Hotel doesn‘t offer any shopping/amenities. Rooms have been recently renovated; unfortunately the interior designer never used the round mirrors in the bathroom: if you‘re taller than 170 cm you can‘t stand straight to brush, clean your face or make-up.

Very expensive airport shuttle service provided by the hotel for a short 20 minute trip each way. Paid for the return journey upon check in and then the taxi and hotel tried to charge us again on the return trip and only after some time and our persistence that we had already paid did they finally acknowledge. Very unprofessional and caused us distress. Location is very remote, barely anything within walking distance and taxis are very expensive. Only provided with one bottle of water for a day and are then charged an expensive amount for any further bottles. Very expensive for food and drinks. Breakfast was very nice and there was a wide range to choose from with beautiful views. Beach is beautiful but is stony and not white sand , I believe there are nicer beaches on the island. Only excursion possible is on a speedboat. The room was nice and modern and very clean, although we didn’t have the best view. I am normally not a person to complain and had high hopes of staying here for our honeymoon but sadly it wasn’t the experience I would have hoped for.

needs better focus on customer service

Hotel is beautiful, however both days at the pool everyone else was served and I was never once asked if i wanted food or drinks which i did. Also both nights the AC didn’t work in the room. The last night i was moved to an adjacent room and an hour later the AC and power went out in the entire room. I brought this inconvenience to the attention of hotel staff and no compensation was provided. Evening bar staff (female) not very engaging. Almost appeared annoyed at my presence. Finally the pool closes at 8pm which is way too early considering there is nowhere else locally to go without a long drive. WiFi is touch and go and the private beach sand is extremely coarse

The staff was very attentive, buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner options were excellent, beach was amazing, very comfortable lounge chairs at the beach (most beach resort hotels don't offer comfortable lounge chair cushions), great bed in the room, beautiful view from the balcony, etc...The only request that I would make to the hotel is to heat up the pool a bit as it was quite cold even with the hot Sardinian sun.

Property was immaculate. The front desk staff were awesome, Bar staff Mario And his sidekick were great. Mario makes a killer whiskey sour. The restaurants on site were on point and kept the food interesting by shaking up the menu daily. Breakfast was always exceptional and lots of options from American to Italian. The pool is gorgeous and the private beach and water are stunning. There are loungers at pool and beach. There is no hotel bar/ food service down at the beach but there’s a small local bar on beach separate from the hotel. Or you can bring your own drinks/ food. The rooms are perfect and have everything you need. Housekeeping staff are trustworthy as we left valuables in our room and never had an issue. There’s even a small gym if you care to work out on vacation. There’s a spa on site but we never used it as we spent all our time at beach/ pool. The young staff/ employees are still going through some growing pains as the busy season starts but all in all they did a flawless job and will only get better and better with time. This stay was 11 out of 10, so great !! Thanks to the Cala Staff !!
