Amazing property,staff,spa and restaurants. I have been to many 5 star properties and this one lives up to its 5 star rating. Highly recommend. The best Hammam and massage experience in all of Tunisia. I also had the pleasure of having some of the best meals. My compliments to the staff and chefs on an amazing experience

In the past, we’ve been warmly welcomed with thoughtful gestures—like flower petals, complimentary drinks, or a small decoration. Unfortunately, La Badira overlooked this completely, which left me genuinely disappointed.

Tout était parfait ! Un seul point c’est la cuisine en piscine avec notamment un burger en piscine avec un steak surgelé qui n’a rien à faire dans ce type d’établissement. Beaucoup d’aliments sont sourcés localement et les restaurants le soir sont très bien donc on etait très déçu de la qualité de la cuisine coté plage et piscine. En dehors de cela le cadre est parfait, le personnel est tres attentionné, le service en chambre qui passe deux fois par jour. Le lit est fait et préparé pour qu’on peut s’y glisser le soir, le calme et la propreté

J’ai été globalement déçu par la qualité du service proposé durant mon séjour. À l’exception notable du petit-déjeuner, où la personne en charge de la cuisson s’est montrée très professionnelle, attentive et compétente. En revanche, la plage attenante à l’établissement était dans un état déplorable : jonchée de déchets, dont certains potentiellement dangereux, elle ne permettait pas de profiter sereinement du bord de mer. Le service lors de mon départ a également été très décevant. Le personnel s’est montré peu réactif et manquait clairement de professionnalisme. De plus, une préautorisation a été maintenue sur mon compte pendant plus de 10 jours, et ce, malgré le règlement complet de mon séjour, ce qui est inacceptable.
