My husband and I were impressed by the Victorian beauty of the decor. We did have a problem with the code to open our room door, so we called and were given a new code. Also the shower was a bit hard to figure out, and the door went off the track and got stuck, but we quickly found someone who repaired it right away. There is no receptionist in the lobby, but there is a sign with the information we needed, plus the company texted us with everything we needed to know. The hotel is diagonal to the lovely Parc des Gouverneurs, which is adjacent to Chateau Frontenac. It was an easy walk to anywhere in the old town, and I had to stop every few feet to take more photographs, because awe-inspiring beauty was everywhere I looked.

The communication was very clear, it is a unique place to stay. The location is good.

No parking. Offsite and expensive. No onsite staff. No coffee. Bathroom way to small for adult to use comfortably. Floors dirty. Glass enclosed shower in the bedroom that set the smoke alarms off after each use. Terrible experience. We left 2 days early as soon as we could get other accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay the room was clean great area walking distance to all old Quebec. We had to call the staff since the code to the room got decoded but had know problems getting through and they gave us a new code to use right away. I would stay again
