Fiquei hospedada por 6 dias, por meio de 2 reservas de 3 dias cada. Na primeira reserva fiquei em um quarto muito antigo que mesmo com a roupa de cama limpa, parecia suja e manchada (talvez pelo modelo e cor). O quarto não era reformado. O colchão da cama (de solteiro) estava com deformidade por uso. E no corredor (no 13o andar), havia um sofá mofado. Apesar do quarto limpo e espaçoso, parecia sujo e causou receio. Na 2a estadia, o quarto era mais novo e a cama melhor. Percebi q os melhores quartos estão nos andares mais baixos. Observem. Sobre a equipe, tenho somente elogios, todos muito corteses e educados. A localização do hotel também é muito estratégica, perto de vários pontos interessantes da cidade, como o mercado, a feira hippie, restaurantes e outros.
