Decent, buget accomodations. While the rooms were a bit small, it was comfortable for the several nights. Note this is also a residential hotel with contractors and seasonal workers stsying as well. Quick walk to get groceries next door.

The hotel was very clean. The cleaning crew tidied up the room every day. For those that are light sleepers: the walls are a little bit thin. My husband is a very light sleeper and he would wake up to people coming and going. Our fridge was a bit loud. We ended up unplugging it while we slept and that helped my husband a ton. For basic accommodations it was great. It was down the road from a Target, McDonald’s and local restaurants. There is no “do not disturb” sign, so expect your room to be cleaned every day while you are out hiking unless you speak to the front desk.

Tolerable
When we walked in I was impressed with what I saw. However, I was at the office every day asking why our room wasn't cleaned. In the 7 days we stayed there I think the bed was made 2 times. The sheets were put on sideways and finally corrected. We did get fresh towels and washcloths. Somedays I did have to go to the office and ask for them.

Good property. We got a double bunk room that was clean, updated, and included a nice little kitchenette. Pool was still closed in mid-June, so we didn't have a chance to use it. They also offer coin-op laundry onsite.

For a motel in the $100-$125 per night range, this place is a solid 4 stars! Room was clean, newly updated, and had a kitchenette area. I highly recommend this place!

Great price. Great staff - your overnight guy was lovely. Good location. Newly renovated. Loved all the hooks.
Room was a bit small but bathroom was big. Queen beds would go a long way - the doubles felt like twins!

Expensive for what it was. But it's Jackson Hole
This is our 7th US Road Trip where we stay at 28 hotels during our months stay. And experience has shown us that a high priced hotel can be a forgettable one. I realise we were in Jackson. It's unavoidable if driving from Bryce Canyon to Yellowstone. It's a tourist trap. Our 2nd time. It's not changed for the better. This hotel was a one night stop over. And that's all it was. A room, a bed to sleep. Bland, unmemorable other than the cost. If you can avoid JH on your travels do so. And if you want memories of every day of your trip find another hotel. For perspective we paid less at the Las Vegas hotel next to the airport. That to was a "stepping stone" on our journey. Expectations were low. In reality it was no better than this place. But hey. It's JH.

Mostly just ok - overpriced
The room was quite small - although clean with housekeeping service each day. We were on a short trip to Jackson to do hiking and sightseeing. No tissues in the room at all (although I was able to grab a few loose tissues from a box in the main office).
The air conditioner was quite loud - the room was stuffy and I had to turn it off bc we could not sleep with the rattling.
Otherwise the room served our purpose

We had a double queen bunk bed room. Nice room but a little smaller than we expected. My only complaint is that the floors are thin so being on the first floor, we heard a lot of noise from the room above us with people walking around, etc… Also would’ve been nice to know the pool was not open. Pricey but I think that’s the general vibe of the town. The WiFi was also not great from our location.
