Functional but needs some TLC

The staff make this place, they were amazing and super accommodating with our flight delay and the 24/7 reception desk was great. Nothing was too big for them to help with and we felt very safe there as 2 female travellers. The room facilities were very very bare bones and the condition of our room was not great. There was a burn mark from a lamp on our bedside table and there was only one pillow each, the air conditioning remote and the tv remote also didn’t really work and at times we struggled to get the power on as the keycard slot was a little dodgy. It was pretty clean, but could have been a bit cleaner for our tastes. However, the breakfast was really great and the hotel was located and perfect for our needs. Value for money was amazing and if you want something functional and fuss free for a trip to the falls I would still recommend this place.

é um hotel de passagem! A falta de estacionamento privado ou pago por perto é um grande problema. Os quartos nao tem isolamento acústico. O Ar condicionado é bem antigo e necessita de manutenção e limpeza. Os atendentes do café não falam português de forma clara. Pelo custo, vale a pena para passantes. Não indico para famílias ou casais que estejam de carro.

O hotel é simples, cama confortável e travesseiros também, banheiro ótimo, no. Chuveiro, ar condicionado funcionando tudo certo, café da manhã com variedades e para todos os gostos e dietas. Um delícia e bem organizado. É um hotel simples mas que atende a necessidade de quem vai para dormir e passear a maior parte do tempo. Único detalhe é que tem uma casa noturna ao lado que estava em reforma quando estive lá, não sei se durante o funcionamento acaba prejudicando o descanso.

Estive nesse hotel há 3 anos, e o mesmo parecia estar em reforma. Ao voltar agora, a sensação é de que nada foi feito. Instalações já sofrendo os efeitos do tempo, sem providências tomadas. O terraços continua interditado. Pouca oferta de canais. Ar-condicionado antigo, ainda bem que não precisei usar. É um hotel apenas para tomar banho e dormir.
