Facilities are comprehensive, modern and clean. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is on the seafront but unusually well-secluded, with plenty of good cafes, restaurants and amenities within a 15-minute walk. Will absolutely stay here again.

The room was nice, with a great view. Male reception and breakfast staff were on the rude side, did not expect this at a 4 star property. Their english was poor and hard to understand. The women were surprisingly nice.

가격 대비 모든 것이 훌륭함 특히 범섬뷰는 여기서만 느낄 수 있는 최고의 뷰임 실외수영장도 객실 규모 대비 큰편이고 시설 전체적으로 깔끔함 숙소 근처 도로 산책, 러닝하기도 좋고 피트니스 시설은 대충 트레드밀 몇개 갖다놓은 수준 아니고 덤벨은 무게별로 충실히 있고 스미스 머신이랑 랫풀다운, 하체 다 있어서 부위별로 운동 다 할 수 있음 다음에도 제주도 오면 여기로 올 예정

大満足でした。まず、プールの景観が素晴らしく、チェックアウト後もプールサイドでのんびり。また、大浴場と水風呂があったことも嬉しいポイントですが、プールを出て真っ直ぐ行ける動線の良さ、日本並の清潔感ある浴室、備え付けのアメニティ類も充実しており安心して使えました。朝食のラインナップは多くないものの、ちゃんと美味しかったです。ホテル周辺の道は夜もライトアップされており、人も程よくいたので夜もお散歩ができました。ちなみに夕日と朝日、どちらも見れるという素晴らしい立地です。日本人には会いませんでした。こっそり定宿にしようと思いましたが、あまりにもコスパ良く素晴らしかったので書きます。ご参考まで。

오랫동안 사랑했던 곳, 이번 방문은 아쉬움이 큽니다.

2017년부터 매년 제주도를 방문할 때마다 이곳을 이용했습니다. 뛰어난 청결 상태와 주변 맛집, 편리한 생활 인프라 덕분에 늘 만족하며 신뢰를 보냈던 곳입니다. 하지만 이번 방문에서는 여러모로 실망스러운 점이 많아 안타까운 마음이었습니다. 체크인 시간보다 한 시간 일찍 도착하여 캐리어 보관 가능 여부를 문의하려던 중, 제 말이 끝나기도 전에 직원이 말을 끊으며 응대하는 방식에 당황스러웠습니다. 또한, 작년 숙박 프로모션 때 맛있게 먹었던 팥빙수가 생각나 레스토랑에 문의했는데, 직원은 기억이 나지 않는다는 듯 의아한 표정으로 응대했습니다. 심지어 제가 어렵게 찾아 보여드리려던 사진을 준비하는 동안에도 말이죠. 호텔 이용객에게는 소중한 추억으로 남는 순간들이 호텔 측 관리자나 직원분들께는 그저 지나가는 하나의 이벤트일 수 있다는 점은 이해합니다. 하지만, 적어도 고객을 응대하는 과정에서는 조금 더 세심한 표정 관리와 친절한 태도가 필요하다고 생각합니다. 이러한 아쉬움은 첫날부터 저를 불편하게 했습니다. 호텔 방 안에서 예전의 좋았던 기억들을 떠올리며 한참 동안 사진첩을 넘겨봤습니다. 시간이 흐르면서 사람의 마음도 변하는 것인지, 늘 확신을 가지고 주변 사람들에게 추천했던 이 호텔에 대해 이제는 저부터도 다른 곳으로 눈길을 돌리게 됩니다. 많은 기대를 안고 찾았던 만큼 실망감도 컸던 이번 방문이었습니다. 아주 사소한 것들이 연박동안 자주 발생하니 평생 적지 않았던 리뷰도 올리게 되었습니다. 다음에 방문하면 꼭 개선이 되었으면.. 하는 마음에 작성합니다. 제 추억에서 소중한 공간입니다 ㅠㅠ

재미있는 여행

친절하고 편의점 가깝고 조금만 걸어가면 식당도 몇군데 있어서 편해요. 한국인보다 외국인이 많아 수영하면서 유럽 놀어온것 같은 기분도 느껴져요. 술은 수영장에서는 안돼고 바로 붙어있는 호텔 레스토랑 야외 테이블에서 먹어야 해서 쬐~~끔 아쉽지만 그거 빼고는 전체적으로 대만족입니다.

나만 알고 싶은 최고의 힐링 호텔

여긴 나만 알고 싶은 뷰 맛집입니다. 매년 2차례 이상 방문하는 호텔입니다. 매년 신관을 이용하다가 이번 방문은 본관을 이용했는데, 또 다른 뷰 포인트가 있어서 좋았습니다. 지리적으로 조용하고, 차량이 있다면 접근성도 좋고, 어디든 갈수 있다는 장점이 있습니다. 본관, 신관 가릴것 없이 어디든 다 좋다는 것이 최고의 장점입니다. 가족 여행이든, 커플 여행이든, 좋은 곳입니다. 이번엔 조식을 이용하지는 않았지만, 조식 맛집이라는 것!! 그리고 석식도 레스토랑 이용 하고자 한다면 강추 입니다. 제주 물가가 엄청 비싼데, 차라리 일정이 빨리 마무리 됐다면 바솔트 레스토랑에서 먹는 석식도 강추 입니다. 그리고 프론트 데스크에서 고생하는 호텔리어분들도 친전한 설명 두말 할 것 없습니다. 돈이 아깝지 않은 호텔입니다. 단, 단점을 꼽자면 리뷰하라고 오는 연락은 항상 체크아웃 하고 메일이 오는데... 체크아웃 전에 리뷰를 할 수 있는 방법 좀 알려주세요~ㅎ 와인 한병 꼭 받고 싶습니다~ㅋㅋ

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Hotel ist eine Unterkunft auf höchstem Level. Es bietet 4 sehr schöne Pools, davon ein Jacuzzi mit Blick aufs Meer. Diese Pools sind exklusiv für Hotelgäste und kostenfrei nutzbar. Das Restaurant bietet ein exzellentes Frühstück an. Es gibt koreanisches, kontinentales und europäische Speisen. Darüberhinaus können weitere Speisen bestellt werden, die von den Köchen frisch zubereitet werden. Zusätzlich kann man im Restaurant à la carte zu Mittag und zu Abend essen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, lichtdurchflutet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist exzellent, es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Dabei werden alle Handtücher getauscht und auch die Badutensilien neu ausgelegt. Das Personal ist sehr diskret, aber immer verfübar und außerordentlich hilfsbereit und nett. Der Strand ist sehr nah gelegen. Entlang der Küste gibt es einen beleuchteten Weg, an dem man Abends wunderbar spazieren gehen kann. Ganz in der Nähe, in 5 Min Fußweg, gibt es zwei kleine Restaurants der bekannten Haenyeo Damen, in denen man wenige, aber immer frische Spezialitäten der lokalen Küche genießen kann. Es war eine wunderschöne Erfahrung in einer Oase der Entpannung und des Wohlseins.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick. Viele Pools/Sauna, eigenes Restaurant, viele sehr günstige Restaurants und Shops fußläufig erreichbar. Wander/Radweg führt direkt am Hotel vorbei. Leider sehr hellhörig, trotz ruhiger Lage (vielleicht hatten wir auch Pech mit den Nachbarn die gefühlt 24/7 die Möbel verrückt haben).

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location! You definitely need to rent a car for this one, but there was plenty of parking space and it was the perfect location to explore Jeju's southern coast. It's in a small town with gorgeous sea views and some restaurants around that you can just walk to for dinner if you're tired of driving. The hotel restaurant was great as well, and I really miss their amazing breakfast buffet with both Korean and Western options. I had the abalone porridge every day! Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms with good quality bathroom amenities as well.

We had a wonderful stay and I can definitely recommend this hotel. The stuff is so extremely friendly. Our flight towards Jeju was cancelled and therefore, we could only arrive one day later. I just wanted to inform the hotel about the arrival next day but they changed the whole booking for free and did everything to help us.

Es ist ein reines Familienhotel für koreanische Familien. Im Pool sind permanent unzählige Nichtschwimmer die dort nur rumtreiben. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein, wir mussten zweimal auf die Warteliste um einen Tisch zubekommen. Es gibt in Zimmer keine Stühle oder Sessel zum sitzen. Es gibt nur eine Futon Matratze auf dem Boden.
