This hotel was in terrible neighborhood. Homeless were surrounding the hotel. It was very scary at night. They had roaches. The bed was hard as a brick!

Really Cheap Stay

The place was average. The lights shut off serval times when I had only the fan and my phone pulled in. The place is decent and the worst thing was the homeless people that appeared from 9 pm til morning. It’s very convenient for public transportation. Overall it’s a 5 out of 10

The Winsor Hotel has been renovated well. The room was nice, spacious, with chair, sink, clothes rack, chest of drawers and a small desk. The double bed is very comfortable. A nice place to stay on a budget. I like old fashioned. Nice people. Homeless people on the street,

The rooms are kept clean and the staff is helpful. The mattress was low quality, with springs that can be felt when laying on it. There was a large (100 people) gathering of homeless people across the street at night and the noise could be heard clearly in the room.

There were two dead roaches on our bed, the bed is really squeaky and barely has any sheets on them. The bathroom somehow always had pee all over the seat unless you go there in the morning right after they clean it. About three times in one night did the cops and ambulance come by the neighborhood. Area smelled like pee. Wouldn’t recommend honestly just pay for a better place.

It was the cheapest we can find for a week and at such a late notice. It isn’t in the great part of the city but for a location it is in a great area convenience wise. The hotel was clean and friendly. It is a shared bathroom and shower area so you only have the privacy of your room. but overall not too bad. Might try again if I ever end up in the area again. If you want something cheap and is not looking for anything fancy, then this hotel is for you. Just be prepared with the people around the area especially at night. This was just not it for me as im traveling alone.

The property in itself was super clean and located geographically in a great spot, it’s also right above a restaurant open 24/7. The bathrooms were clean and never busy. The area itself has a lot of homeless people, which is not the hotel’s fault, but they mind their own business, just don’t engage.
