minha estadia não foi legal, a recepção não ajuda em nada em um dos dias pedi um travesseiro extra pq tenho refluxo depois de 20 minutos a noite falaram que eu poderia descer para ir buscar . na faltando dois dias para minha saida o quarto foi muito mal arrumado eu achei estranho a forma que ärrumaram" a noite eu ia para uma festa do congresso e achei melhor não levar minha carteira com documentos e cartões e ma sexta feira , tive que sair rapido pq já havia deixado a mala pronta e fechada e a carteira sumiu com meus documentos e cartões. Não tive suporte do hotel , apenas no domingo a recepção foi conferir este rapaz que estava na recepção deu um pouco de atenção . Mas em nenhum momento tiveram a preocupação comigo. Além disso café insuficiente muito ruim. toalhas de banho surradas. eu quis cancelar a reserva no segundo dia mas fui orientada que o valor não seria devolvido. já fiz boletim de ocorrência sobre o ocorrido. Muito ruim. Primeiro reservei um hotel e venderam meu quarto para outra pessoa e inventaram que houve manutenção. Isso é mentira, ouvi de profissionais que essa rede está com essa prática recorrente. Segundo, colocaram eu e minha esposa em um hotel muito inferior do que o que tinha cuidadosamente selecionado. Um quarto encardido, horroroso, o ar não poderia ser ajustado, pois o controle não funcionava, haviam vermes no chão do chuveiro, uma negação. Por fim, reitero a falta de respeito com nossa pesquisa e seleção. O hotel que reservei tinha piscina, onde eu e minha esposa relaxariariamos antes do voo. A espelunca que nos despejaram tinha um tremendo esgoto a céu aberto bem na frente.
