Come over and relax

Perfect place for a taste of Minas Gerais. I write this in English because Brasilians already know of the splendor of this establishment. You will not find a more comfortable, rustic, beautiful hotel in this region. The breakfast with most of the food cooked on the wood stove makes things even more special.

Nice hotel with a subpar restaurant

The hotel was very nice, but the restaurant food left a lot to be desired. We had the duck confit and it was dry and the accompanying rice was undercooked. We also had two pastas with red and white sauce and pieces of beef but they were only average. The green salad was very good though. The breakfast was limited compared to other restaurants I'd been to recently. Although it was nice to have eggs prepared individually, the choice of meats to go with the eggs were very limited. There were no potatoes nor vegetables. There was no yoghurt drink.

O local é um casarão histórico muito bem conservado e bonito . Cama com dossel , confortável . Os funcionários são muito atenciosos . Seria muito interessante se , na antessala da suíte , tivesse um sofá cama ( para quem viaja com filhos ). Apenas um sugestão mesmo . Eu certamente voltaria ao hotel .

Limpeza estava ok, equipe de funcionários deixa a desejar. Nosso carro apareceu arranhado, como se tivesse enroscado numa parede/murro, o manobrista negou que tenha sido ele, solicitamos as imagens do estacionamento, o gerente ficou de fornecer e estamos aguardando há dias.

O hotel é lindo, bem cuidado e estruturado. O principal detalhe negativo foi no banheiro. O chuveiro é do tipo com banheira embaixo. Infelizmente para pessoas 60+ impossibilita bastante tomar banho pelo medo de cair ou acontecer um acidente. Esse tipo de banheiro não é recomendado para pessoas com problemas de mobilidade. Outro detalhe foi que a máquina de café não funcionou. As cápsulas disponíveis eram de outro modelo de máquina.

Hotel incrível, ficamos no 320, uma suíte muito boa. Ótimo serviço da equipe, o único ponto é o barulho que o banheiro da suíte ao lado faz no quarto da suíte que ficamos. Um isolamento acústico muito ruim e tivemos más experiências de pessoas fazendo muito barulho no banheiro ao longo da noite. Mas foi ótimo no geral.
