Beautiful setting. Love that it’s a short ride, less than 5 min to Helen. Lots to do nearby. Rooms are standard, but clean and nice common sitting areas with TV and games in each of the buildings so you can just hang out. Restaurant is good, but breakfast was not included.

Amazing views!! Very clean and gave you toiletries and bottles of water. We only stayed one night but I wish we stayed longer to enjoy more of it. Bed was soft and comfortable. Only issue was the fitted sheet kept coming off the corners of the bed.

My good friend came to visit me from out of town for his birthday and he had never been to Unicoi or the Helen, Georgia area, so I looked up local places, and stumbled upon this amazing hidden gem, The Unicoi State Park & Lodge! The staff was amazing, food was great, rooms were perfect, and I am so glad I decided to book his stay with this Lodge! It simply exceeded my expectations, and I have nothing but great things to say about the entire place! A Special thanks to Nae, Brooke, and Chris from the Tavern!
