We chose the Svarga Hotel for its stunning architecture! Beautiful design and interior as expected. Our stay here was overall enjoyable, the staff are super helpful and friendly. However, we did come when the lift was in maintenance so it was a bit of a hike to our room. I also wish that they can improve on maintaining the structures (rooftop area etc.) and facilities a bit better as the hotel is very beautiful. the breakfast is nice too. Thank you Svarga Hotel!

My 2 teenagers & myself enjoyed our stay in Svarga Hotel. It’s a big hotel spread out over some inclines, which needed several steps to get around the different areas of the hotel. The views from the restaurant where we had our breakfast were spectacular. Excellent breakfast with a good mix of local & western cuisine. However I would advise to go early for dinner, as we went around 2210 and we were told no further orders could be taken as the restaurant ran out of ingredients! The last orders at the restaurant was supposed to be at 2230 and unfortunately there was no room service at night. Location is good - easy to get around, the hotel arranged Bluebird Taxis which used meter and much cheaper than Grab for areas around Senggi. There was an excellent Express Laundry 10 minutes walk away who picked up laundry and delivered at the time you wanted. To plan local trips around, the hotel recommended Mr Ibrahim - who live nearby and would come to the hotel to show you options. He was very good, and also open to negotiating the price. The hotel gardens were beautiful and well maintained, but the hotel itself did look a little tired and could do with a ‘facelift’ However except for this issue, everything else made our overall experience good.

Ett hotell som har sett sina bästa dagar tyvärr. Underhållet hänger inte med, små saker som hade varit enkla att lösa så som solskyddet i badrummet är mögligt. Större saker som att plattor från fasaden har lossnat och sen inte ersatts. Personalen är jätte bra och gör allt dom kan för att upprätthålla standarden. Priset motsvarar tyvärr inte kvaliten på boendet.

Agréable dans l'ensemble et personnels au petit so

Notre séjour à été agréable. Personnel très gentil et toujours avec le sourire. Nous passions par eux pour les excursions. Service de Laundry au top, au lieu d'une journée, nous l'avons eu au bout de 4h. Par contre, attention, nous avons réserver une chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, mais il n'y avait qu'un lit. Je ne comprends pas comment l'hôtel et le site peuvent louer une chambre à 4 personnes avec un lit double. Au final, nous avons juste eu gratuitement un lit simple. La piscine dans la chambre un petit plus. Nous avions pris la formule complète.

Dont stay here

Had high expectations when booking this expensive hotel with private pool for our 3 day stay in Senggigi. But I made a mistake when checking the past reviews, as it seems that most of the good reviews are from 10 years ago. Its clear that this hotel is very close to requiring a full renovation. The room was not very clean. The worst was the big bathtub, which was very dirty. There was also no full size shower anywhere. You have to sit down in the tub to wash yourself. The private pool itself was very cold and too deep for anyone under 1.8m. All evening and night we were fighting mosquitos. The amount of mosquitos made us not use the private pool much. But the absolute worst was the food. We ordered room service a few times, and it just kept getting worse. The rice seem to be re-heated leftover rice from last week, the pizza was a tasteless sloppy mess, and all the dishes containing chicken were rubbery and inedible. This was the final straw, and we checked out early and stayed at a resort hotel around the corner. What a waste of 400 usd this was. This hotel should close for a full renovation & fire the kitchen staff.

Hicimos una reserva con todo incluido para 2 adultos y 2 niños y cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que era solo para 2 que los otros 2 habÍa que pagarlo a parte. El hotel le falta mantenimiento, paredes agrietadas e incluso nos faltaban toallas, pedimos servicio en la habitación y no nos trajeron el postre pedido… En su dia probablemente si fue un 4 estrellas .. pero se ha dejado mucho. El personal y la ubicación muy bien

Séjour d’une semaine dans une suite avec piscine, en soit le complexe est top mais malheureusement pas entretenu, des fissures partout, un bon coup de rafraîchissement serait nécessaire et pas seulement un coup de rouleau de peinture pour cacher la misère. Nous gardons tout de même à l esprit que la gentillesse et dévouement du personnel était incroyable.

I arrived after their announced time of check in , 2pm but still room was not ready until 2:45pm Stayed two nights, we had to call maintenance several times to come and clear the clogged sink , several calls , required them two visits to do it, once daily , but didn't clear it enough. The tv is away of the bed (suit room) in living room which has no air-conditioning making it impossible to watch tv . We double check at reception if the room has a safety box they replied of course but unfortunately not available in the room so we had to call again for it, they provided one but not secured on wall or floor (portable) safety box which anyone can basically carry it out of my room. Shower water was very low, another call to fix it , they just opened the shower pipe and clean it to be strong water again, made me wondering why not cleaning it without guest complain, it so obvious that a routine house keeper can notice it. They said free parking for motorcycle at the hotel's parking lot but have me signed a paper saying they are not responsible of anything happening or lost of motorcycle although the have security guards and CCTV . The public swimming pool is too narrow almost 3 meters, I didn't see anyone swimming .

Wenn man auf Lombok eher eine ruhige Gegend sucht, ist Senggigi zu empfehlen. Und hier ist das Svarga Resort auch das Richtige. Es sieht von unten / der Rezeption aus sehr schön aus, insbesondere wenn es dunkel ist und die Beleuchtung an. Der Ausblick von oben / vom Gemeinschaftspool ist absolut traumhaft - Blick ins Grüne und das Meer! Der Empfang war herzlich und sowieso das Personal sehr freundlich. Unsere Villa war an sich ganz schön. Hier hat der private Pool definitiv überzeugt. Das Frühstück war ok, die Auswahl eher weniger auf europäische Gäste ausgerichtet. Die Speisen zB zum Abendessen sind sehr gut. Das Spa Angebot war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir hatten zwei Massagen und hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Jetzt das Aber: - Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Renovierungsarbeiten an der Anlage und den Zimmern sind definitiv notwendig. - die Musik im Restaurant (beim Frühstück) war so laut. Es laufen immer die gleichen 3 Lieder, auch im Spa. - das Zimmer privater Pool ist an sich schön, aber so wie hier schon auf Gästefotos gezeigt, gibt es einige Mängel: • Stockflecken auf Amaturen und Stoffen • lockere Stromstecker • Kaputter Safe, Schrank in dem der Safe ist, stinkt ekelhaft • Viele Insekten wie Ameisen (inkl. Feuerameisen), Mücken, Fliegen; man sollte seinen Koffer möglichst geschlossen halten und vor dem Schlafengehen das Bett inspizieren • Es gibt keinen Schrank; wobei ich diesen auch nicht nutzen würde, wenn er so aussehen würde, wie die anderen Amatur

I recently stayed at Svarga and had a wonderful experience overall! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll certainly be back!

6年ぶり3回目の利用です。ロケーションは最高です。は早朝の鳥のさえずりが山に静かに響き渡り、午後は夕陽が海に沈んで行く風景も私部屋のルーフから見えました。以前と変わらないサービス、スタッフの温かさ、笑顔もあり、日常生活の疲れが癒やされ、そして安心して滞在できました。次のロンボク旅行でも、また利用したいです。

Hotel, qui a un peu mal vieilli, alors qu’il est magnifique. Quel dommage ce serait tellement bien de faire une rénovation pour le maintenir car il est juste magnifique et purée clair digne d’un grand Hotel exceptionnel exceptionnel.

belle promesse sur le papier. Malheureusement réalité différente. On m’a déclassé en arrivant avec une chambre que je n’avais pas réservé. Après plusieurs passages au lobby où on me maintient que c’est la bonne charge au bout de la 3eme fois on admet qu’il y a une erreur. Les erreurs c’est ok, la malhonnêteté ça l’est beaucoup moins. Donc j’ai du dormir une nuit dans la mauvaise chambre en attendant qu’ils réussissent à libérer la mienne le lendemain. Sans excuse, sans compensation. Autant vous dire que le séjour commence mal. Scooter très cher par rapport à l’île 170k. J’ai tenté le massage au Haiga spa qui se trouve dans l’hôtel. N’y allez pas, zéro ambiance, zéro décoration, zéro senteur, zéro lumière, personnel qui ne parle pas un mot d’anglais, demandé à deux reprises d’éteindre la climatisation car on se serait cru dans un frigo. Demandé à être plus douce car j’avais mal. Sans parler des 2 masseuses qui était sur leur téléphone tout le long du massage, le téléphone qui vibrait sur la table de massage pendant celui-ci. J’ai pris aromatherapy massage, je n’ai pas eu le choix de l’huile et je n’ai senti aucune odeur. Au final bloqué du dos depuis. Chambre ok, mais fontaine de la piscine qui se déclenche entre 5 et 7h du matin. Je m’attendais à des bêtes en venant en Indonésie mais pas à une Invasion de grosses fourmis dans la chambre, qui montent dans le lit etc. Gecko dans les chambres. Clim bruyante. Sol sale. Hôtel qui mérite un coup de neuf par rapport

As said previously the hotel had a great ambiance service a bit slow also even when not busy. Breakfast didn’t really cater for western tourists. Also no alcohol not mentioned in any literature.
