This was my second stay at this nice hotel in Baden-Baden and I will always return. The staff has been very nice. The room (solo travel) is roomy for a hotel in Germany. I particularly love the towel heater in the bathroom, the view from the room, and the comfortable bed.

Boutique is a bit of a stretch - room was very tired and a bit fusty though resolved by opening a window. Nice walk into town. Didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but breakfast was lovely. Good for a one night stopover. Car park is directly over road from hotel.

Brilliant. Great, comfy room with a little seating area. Receptionist very helpful and recommended Petra's food and wine in town which was lovely food and atmosphere. Bus is about 3 mins easy walk and regular bus to town and to the train station. Comfy beds, great shower, plentiful and tasty breakfast. Totally recommend

Wow! What a beautiful hotel. In my opinion, room 11 knocked it out of the park. Yes, I had to climb up 3 flights of stairs (what not everybody is able to do) but the view from the room made it all worth it. Great price too. Highly recommended!

Superb personable hotel 15/20 mins walk from centre of Baden-Baden with bus stops 5 mins walk away for connections to the train station or Iffezheim racecourse . Being away from the centre of town ensured a quiet stay and very competitive room rates . My single room had a small balcony with a very pleasant scenic view and hotel breakfast was excellent . There is also a very friendly restaurant (bierbrunnen) just 5 mins walk away . Only negative i can give is there was no room safe or fridge, but , even so, if i was to return to this area i would not hesitate to book here again .

Unfortunately I cannot rate the property itself because we never got to check in. 😕 All I can say is read the check-in instructions. READ the check-in instructions. READ ALL THE CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS!! It clearly is my fault for not doing so, which resulted in us not being able to access our room due to missing the check-in window by 20 minutes. 😑 The word “Boutique” in the name should have been a flag for me. If the timing of your travels will not allow you to arrive during the very narrow check-in window of 3-8, then call ahead so they can give you a code to get in I guess. When I booked the reservation I saw that they supposedly have a restaurant on site. When we arrived at 8:20, the entire place was completely pitch black and shut down so not sure how they have a restaurant unless they stop serving meals around 7. I’m purely writing this review so anyone else thinking this might be a quaint place to stay will be fully aware of what to expect and not end up in the same boat we did having to pay for another room elsewhere. We had trouble making calls throughout our trip so contacting them ahead of time as suggested was not possible. However we thoroughly enjoyed the thermal bath experience which is the whole reason we went Baden Baden in the first place so it wasn’t a total loss. 😌

Reception closed earlier than 8pm as expected and we didn’t realise we were in an annexe at no.9. We’d had a very long journey from Italy and very tired so it was difficult to read the information inside the envelope we had been left along with the key. Plus I have mobility problems so wasn’t expecting to walk from main building at no.5 to annexe at no.9. And my husband was disappointed there were no tea-making facilities in room.
