Ower was great
Rhoda, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Not bad for a night long stay, but need new beds!!! Hard and cheap! Everything else was just fine though.
Charles, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Liked that you could walk to all the activities that were there. And all the restaurants. WE DIDN'T LIKE ALL THE NOISY ROOMS
Don, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

This hotel is directly across from the county jail. I stayed three nights and never felt unsafe, but there are vagrants walking around. The hotel itself is fine, and the local bar next door is super fun
Paul, 3-night trip

4/10 Poor

Old building The only good thing was the parking space
Soheila, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

It was cute upstair, the outside was dingy and the area wasnt the best but that eureka for you. It was cute and quiet especially for the price.
Keira, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

It was clean, but we weren't told that there was a fee to use the EV charger until we were literally walking out the door to check out.
Janice, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Do not stay here! Luckily my plans changed, but I had originally planned on traveling alone, I'm so glad now I wasn't. But this was absolutely atrocious.
Emily, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

There was no reception person. We were checked by a woman on a computer. There is no onsite staff. The motel is very run down and the neighborhood is dangerous. We are stunned that Expedia gave this 4 stars.
Susan H, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

It was a great location. I do not like the conditions of the hotel. Needs to be remolded with downstairs rooms. I do not like talking to screen with a person that is not in the office.
Jodi, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The place doesn't have any staff on site. They have a virtual hostess on a zoom call in the lobby. We had issues with our reservation through Expedia and the woman on the Zoom call was no help at all. The area was sketchy and unappealing. You' be better off spending your money elsewhere and receive actual service.
Vanessa, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

shower inoperative (no water). screw loose on bathroom threshold caught my foot. two double beds in room too small. kiosk check out a disaster.
george, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Overall good hotel.
Steven, 6-night trip

8/10 Good

Quiet and convenient location

The facility was easy to find. Parking on the ground floor is somewhat tight. Second floor accommodations were good, very quiet and comfortable. Check-in was via a remote workdesk and was actually quite novel and very efficient. Good price for the room and close to the downtown location where the event we were attending was held.
Tom, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

the shower was amazing and the staff was very nice!
Evelyn, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Unhappy

There was no one here to greet us. Everything was done by computer system. Not very happy with that.
Marie, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Walked right out

We ended up leaving right after we arrived. The room was dirty with dirt and dog food in carpet, stains on the sheets, there was a hole in the wall, homeless person yelling outside.
2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Its a nice little place.
Robert, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Stayed in the Heart of Eureka

We brought bicycles and the manager stored them for us in a locked room, so we did not need to keep them on our vehicles. The location was great for our trip, as it is close to down town and the community facilities at the bay.
Matthew, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Need DND signs for doors to sleep in

Great stay but would like the option of having “Do not disturb” door hangers so that Housekeeping doesn’t wake me every morning.
Luana, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Fantastic location near Old Town

Fantastic location near Old Town and next door is a bar/steakhouse restaurant.
Janey, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Simple, good motel with a fair price. Location in the old town is excellent. Friendly staff.
remy, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Very helpful staff. Best price in town. Cool inside sunroof

6/10 Okay

Very old stile motel and very old in service
Cecilia maria, 1-night trip

You get what you pay for

Check-in was over a computer terminal and monitor with a clerk, no actual live person. Hotel was cheap and you get what you pay for, got the jacuzzi tub room (don't waste your money), it didn't work, room looked run down, bed was not comfy, had a musty smell.
