Beautiful grounds, with attentive staff and delicious food. The room was very comfortable and spacious, as well as clean. We really enjoyed our 3 nights and agree it was probably our favorite stay amongst our 9 hotel stays this trip! Great location too, trucked a little ways away from the business of the city, but just about a 10min walk to anything you want.

Second stay in the hotel for us and it was excellent as last time. Very conveniently located, walkable distance from the Christmas market and the city center, very friendly staff. We used the valet parking to avoid the headache of parking and the staff was always prompt and very nice. The breakfast is exceptional one of the best I have ever seen.

A unique hotel in Strasbourg

Very clean hotel, within walking distance to the Petite France (old Strasbourg) area. The breakfast was mediocre for 27Euros. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to dine in the fabulously looking restaurant, which is not run by the hotel. The spa area is beautiful and clean. Staff there were less than friendly and hospitable.

Every experience here was true to the original concept of hotel. Healing. Comfort. Clean. Professional. Loved all design details of the hotel. Also lovely and quiet breakfast restaurant (smart design separating buffet area n tables). Above all, STAFFS are very friendly and professional. They nail good impression of not only the hotel but also the city and France! :) Doorman who welcomed us with warm and professional manner at Valet point made us to feel relaxed and secured after our long driving from Swiss. Also all receptionists are sweet and happy people. Personally I got a lot of help from receptionist 'Fadi' who was willing to solve my personal complicated issue with Agoda booking. He is cool and professional. 🙌

Bei Ankunft mit dem Fahrzeug wurden wir sogleich herzlich empfangen. Die vorhandenen Parkplätze sind nicht öffentlich und daher nutzten wir den Parkservice vom Hotel. Das Check-In ging sehr rasch. Unsere Information, dass wir das erste Mal in diesem Hotel sind, wurde nicht gross beachtet. Dank dem Portier konnten einige aufkommenden Fragen auf dem Weg zum Zimmer geklärt werden. Ein schöne Hotelanlage mit einem wunderbaren Innenhof. Unser Zimmer war in einem anderen Flügel im Erdgeschoss. Zimmer: Der Wohnbereich und das Bad mit Dusche/WC ist durchschnittlich gross und war sehr sauber. Die Raumaufteilung hat uns nicht wirklich gefallen, doch dies ist Geschmackssache. Bei der Dusche fehlt eine richtige Tür und das Wasser spritzte daher raus. So mussten einige Badtücher als Bodentücher hinhalten. Die Matratze vom Bett war uns zu hart. Positiv anzurechnen sind wieder die verschiedenen Kissen zur Auswahl. Das Frühstücksbuffet war schön angerichtet, abwechslungsreich und in guter Qualität. Der Service beim Frühstück war ok. Das Auftischen und abräumen ging zackig. Jedoch kommunizierten die Angestellten nicht wirklich miteinander, weshalb wir auf die Getränke länger warten rsp. dreimal anfordern mussten.

Bonne localisation. Chambres assez simples, à la décoration basique. Hôtel assez pingre pour la catégorie: pas de bouteille d’eau, pas d’équipement de salle de bain ( cotons tige…etc). Staff de qualité variable: certaines personnes à la réception seraient mieux à même de faire l’accueil dans une prison que dans un 4 étoiles. Bon petit dejeuner, brasserie de qualité et SPA agréable.

Bel hôtel, nous étions ravis de l'accueil, de la chambre, de la décoration, du petit déjeuner...le problème se posa au moment du départ. On nous demande de payer un petit déjeuner en supplément alors que nous avions réservé pour deux. En arrivant, personne nous signale qu'une seule personne est enregistrée pour cette nuit. Bizarre nous sommes deux.... l'erreur venant de l'hôtel nous aurions apprécié un geste commercial ou au moins de la gentillesse. Personnel très désagréable à ce moment là. La responsable et autres...nous voyageons souvent et là très mauvais point pour la fidélisation du client. Jusque là, nous voulions revenir dès que possible. Après cette façon de traiter les clients. Jamais.
