Apart for Thiago at the reception and Paulo from cleaning, the staff seem unhappy. My apartment had problems with the Air con (too old) I had problems with the toilet and it took a while to be solved. The rest of the staff not friendly at all.

Typical Badly Managed Hotel

Same old story things broken or don"t work when you check in. Lobby impressive, but that is all that is impressive about this hotel. When I checked in went to the room and checked out if everything worked. As is usual 50% of the time at All hotels, the room safe did not work (this gets old). The A/C was making a lot of noise, I turned back around to the reception and asked for a different room. New room A/C and room safe worked. The rooms in this hotel are the size of IBIS rooms, except you are paying much more for a not as well maintained room. Bathroom about IBIS size excepot the shower was slightly bigger. There was no elevator to go to the dining room it was on a second floor and you had a winding stairway. I had knee surgery a few months ago and this was not fun. Limited breakfast items and they were never warm, they had no hot plates. This is an older propery which needs complete remodeling especially an accessible dining room. Also they only thing really around is a hospital, not much else. Cannot Recommend, stay at an IBIS instead for less money and more modern facilities.

Avaliação sobre minha estadia.

Minha terceira vez no Laghetto Moinhos. Gosto muitíssimo da localização. O atendimento é muito bom e todos são solicitos. O café da manhã é excelente, variado e de boa qualidade com frutas frescas, ovos, pães e bolos de qualidade. É um hotel que tem o charme de de uma casarão clássico com a modernidade de um bairro de capital. Como cliente frequente, penso que o hotel requer mais atenção a alguns detalhes dos quartos. Desta vez tive algumas experiencias negativas: o primeiro quarto que peguei, telefone não funcionava e o ar condicionado estava extremamente barulhento com se houvesse um trator dentro do quarto. Solicitei a mudança e fui muito bem atendido. No quarto novo a televisão e o controle do ar condicionado não funcionava - não era pilha, era o controle mesmo. Detalhes pequenos que poderiam ser resolvidos com uma auditoria continuada. Por fim, uma advertência final, a equipe de recepção não está instruida a uma politica de LGPD. Após a minha estadia, algumas horas depois liguei para a recepção e solicitei informações sobre minha estadia sem confirmar minha identidade e obtive informações sensíveis. Recomendo um treinamento para equipe.

Tudo muito limpo, serviço excelente e localização espetacular. Como melhoria, acredito que poderiam arrumar a pia do banheiro que estava entupida e o chuveiro é muito proximo a parede e você acaba encostando no registro toda hora, alterando a temperatura do banho e fechando a agua sem querer por várias vezes. Melhor opção que conheço

Gosto muito do Laghetto. Bom hotel muito bem localizado. Gosto até do conceito de café da manhã, farto, generoso, tão caseiro quanto possível, que remete à Serra Gaúcha. Mas não posso deixar de salientar que o hotel pode acabar se perdendo na tradição ao não pensar em restrições alimentares entre as opções. Seria importante incluir mais opções veganas (que inclusive é uma grande aliada na redução de emissões de CO2), bem como sem glúten etc. Também seria de bom tom incluir a descrição dos ingredientes alergênicos nas etiquetas, dando maior autonomia aos hóspedes e reduzindo a demanda à equipe. A academia também poderia ser ampliada, ou, como alternativa, fazer uma parceria com uma das inúmeras academias da região. De resto, sigo considerando o Laghetto o melhor dos hotéis em que fiquei em Porto Alegre e recomendo demais.

Passeio em Porto alegre

A localização é muito boa. Próxima de área comercial, inclusive com shopping. O hotel em si é muito bom. o ambiente é muito agradável. A recepção é ampla e o pessoal muito atencioso. O apartamento foi muito confortável e atendeu as nossas necessidades. Ótimo banheiro com uma ducha muito boa. O café da manhã foi muito saboroso e com boa fartura de produtos.
