Excellent Hotel, Don't Miss it!

Amerian Executive is my home when in Cordoba. Great horel, fantastic location and staff that goes above and beyond to support customers. I landed 8AM after 20 hours traveling and they helped me getting earlier the room so I could rest... that is service!!!

Conveniently located hotel in centre of Cordoba

Hotel conveniently located and of a good standard. Excellent hotel pool on the roof with nice seating area though limited shade, particularly necessary as very hot during our stay. Breakfast was fine with good fruit options. Our room was to the back which was good for sleeping as Cordoba was busy and noisy. Our room had 1 or 2 maintenance issues and the hot water in the shower could take a long time to run hot, WiFi worked well. Complicated TV (seemed impossible to get the sound to work) however no English language channels. Staff generally helpful.

Staff were generally not helpful. No room service. Card keys failed daily requiring front desk replacement. Bar staff often nowhere to be found. Pool not open. Weights existed in gym but no workout area at all. Water from the shower could not be contained due to poor glass design and bathroom floor always flooded. No hot water in the shower for at least 5 minutes. Air conditioning didn't work and technician said it couldn't go below 25C (really?). Hot water kettle in the room but no coffee or tea. Exorbitant charges for mini bar items including the water (3 small items and 2 bottles of water was $23 USD). Bathroom sink was badly cracked. Bath towels were like sandpaper. Breakfast was okay. Bed was comfortable. Location was good.

Very nice hotel, excellent service, clean room. friendly and helpful staff, fairly good breakfast. Quick check-in. Good restaurant. Location is central, very close to shopping centre. Many reasonable dining options around. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise for my short stay in Cordoba.

Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, incluso quitando la llave de la habitación (estando dentro) para que no estuviera encendido. No me dejó dormir en toda la noche, el gimnasio pobrísimo, además de que estaba cerrado y tuve que bajar, pedir que lo abrieran, subir, etc. perdiendo tiempo, no funcionan las máquinas, tan solo mancuernas, y había una cucaracha enorme. En el día 2 estaba apurado por salir, volviendo del desayuno fui a entrar a la habitación, la tarjeta no andaba. Al preguntar en la recepción me dijeron "estaba grabada por 1 día" sin dar más explicación, mi estadía siempre fue por 2 días por lo que no entiendo por qué la grabaron por un día. En síntesis mucho tiempo perdido por mal servicio

Location was excellent bed mattress and pillows excellent however air conditioning a nightmare 1st room allocated sounded like a car alarm going off.2nd room allocated a/c failed to work the second day and the 3rd night. We were moved to a room at 1am in the morning with an a/c to try and get some sleep. Breakfast was good but every morning we went for breakfast around 9.45 am the coffee was horrendous as it had been brewing since 7.30 am !!! It is a hostile hotel for smokers as there is no allocated area for smoking and the roof terrace was closed earlier than advertised when informing the staff of all these failings A/C etc they seemed helpless. The shower design was dreadful the floor was flooded every time we used.
