Great location and comfortable stay

Location of course is the main attraction and convenience. Clean and comfortable property. While the shower is so tiny you can barely fit in it, it is private shower while many places offer shared bathrooms. For location, amenities and price this is a gem. Special thanks to the breakfast room staff who kept the breakfast room stocked and clean during the breakfast hours and were always friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again.

best budget for Heraklion City center

Property is as described. a bit old and beds are not super comfortable and specially for ladies... but the location and the price are highlights of this centrally located old styles hotel. if you are a budget traveller who wants to live right in the center of the city.. this is probably the best and only option even in peak season.

The man in the reception was not so welcome when we arrive, and when we asked for directions for the bus he couldn’t care less to help us. The room was dark but ok. Breakfast not so good.

Chambre propre mais pas grande et la salle de bain n en parlons pas!! La douche minuscule, avec le wc à l intérieur, impossible de bouger. Pas de sèche cheveux . Chambre donnant sur la rue où il y avait les restos, odeur de friture dans la chambre. Le personnel , mitigé, a la réception nous avons été accueilli très froidement dès notre arrivée. Je n ai apprécié du tout . Les autres réceptionnistes étaient sympas. Le petit déjeuner correct mais pas de chocolat , lait froid. Heureusement que l hôtel était en plein centre . Les photos du port et des bateaux de pêches ! Qui sont présentées sur la description ne reflètent pas la réalité . Photos à actualiser je pense . Hôtel 2 étoiles mais pas plus . Je n y retournerai pas.

It was clean, the receptionist was kind and helpful. Unfortunately there wasn’t any tea or coffee making facilities which was disappointing as we had a very long day travelling , not sure if we would stay here again

Great, clean property, I like the old school European charm (small bathrooms) ha! The bed was a little firm, but doable. The best parts about this place are the friendly employees and the location can't be beat. It's right in the middle of Heraklion's pedestrian district: shopping, cafes, restaurants, etc. I would stay here again.

スタッフは普通にフレンドリー。事前確認はしていたが、朝食付きに変更・ドライヤーのレンタルなど対応してくれたので融通は効きそう。ライオン広場やお土産屋通りの近くなので場所はいいです。あとはシャワーが狭いのがどうにかなればというところだが、それを我慢すればコスパはいい宿だと思います！
