We loved the location, a tram stop right in front of the hotel and a Family Mart attached. Less than 10 minutes to Goryokaku Tower/park. The laundry onsite was reasonably affordable. The room was relatively large as well as the bathroom, and the pajamas they provided were our most comfortable that we slept in in Japan. However, the lobby reeks of cigarette smoke as we did not know that was their smoking area and often fills into the elevator. Also, we skipped on their breakfast buffet as it seemed high priced for what was available.

出張で二泊利用しました。 部屋は適度な広さでベッドも心地良く、3日目の朝は少し寝過ぎたくらいでした。 気候のせいもあるのか温度調節が難しかったのと、特に一泊目にバスルームのニオイが気になりました。原因はおそらくシャワーカーテンだったようです。二泊目には少し解消していましたが、あの手のニオイはなかなかしんどいので、ご配慮いただけると幸いです。

明け方、4:45にアラーム音とバイブ音で目が覚めた。自分がセットしたものではない。おそらく隣室からの音。その後も、10分おきに６時まで続いて、しっかり眠れなかった。苦情のメモをフロントに出したが、その後、何の連絡もない。立地など便利で綺麗なHOTELなのに勿体ないと思った。

宿泊した部屋に窓ガラスはあったが開閉式ではなかったので、部屋の空気の入れ替えが出来なかった しばらく掃除してないであろうベットの下や建具の隅にものすごい量のホコリがあった

今回も連泊で、お世話になりました。近郊には美味しいお店もありホテルの下にはコンビニが有るので凄く便利です。ホテルの朝食も美味しかったです。また予約させて頂きますので宜しくお願い致します。
