The hotel was perfect for us. No frills but all good. Welcome was excellent. Breakfast food very good. Sunbeds in grassed area are a little tired and uncomfortable with a bar running underneath. Could benefit from a mattress similar to those beds on the concrete area near the pool The location of the hotel is ideal .

It was nice enough

We were disappointed that the hotel was over 1.5 kms walk to the outskirts of town. Thankfully there is a small commercial area opposite for food and drink options. Our room was comfortable enough, the beds quite firm, pillows were lumpy, but the aircon is atrocious- it heats to an uncomfortable temperature then the cooling kicks in and you're cold. The buffet breakfast has enough variety to satisfy most. Parking onsite is free and the wifi unreliable as it is slow and continually drops out. Like most hotels, they advertise as being eco friendly but there is never anywhere to hang the towels! Would we stay again? No.

All for the outside/disappointing inside

This beautiful on the outside resort is quite disappointing inside. We had a big suite with the bare minimum of furniture and lighting. Not really impeccably clean either. No comfort at all. Pool and ground are great so why are the rooms so disappointing? Ok breakfast. Nice sunset! Please redecorate. Tourists deserve better.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

First of all the service is awful. We had an awful smell from the bath, like a dead animal. Secondly we ate 2 times in the restaurant of the hotel for breakfast- at both , we had hair (apparently from the chef’s head) in our food. On time in the omelette and in the second inside the cheese. When we complained about it the managers transfer us from one to another and at the end the restaurant said it is ok and if don’t like we should not come. Very disappointed. And even more- when we ask from the reception to call a cab for us. It took more than 20 minutes (the city is small every drive is less than 10 min. ) This hotel is UN-RECOMMENDED. so disappointed!

Nice stay

Modern, clean, spacious room. Nice towels, and full series of hotel shampoo, conditioner, vanity set etc. Good breakfast and good service/ friendly staff. Also, very good location near sodap beach which is good and with all facilities. The sea view is not the same for all rooms/blocks. Our room was on the backside blocks/ ground floor so you had a direct view to the pool and you could see the sea behind the pool. Still a good view but I assume that the higher floors and front blocks have a better overview, similar to the one in the web picture. I dont know if there is a price differentiation based on the view. If so, pictures of the view should adjust accordingly. The only thing that i did not like is the pathway to access the room was not straight forward. You had to walk towards a concrete path, get the stairs or elevator to go one floor down and the view opposite the entrance door was just concrete. I think this was not the case in other blocks. Most of them seem to have garden around. I would suggest to add more trees and plants near the pathways to make it more welcoming.

Nice rooms, relaxed, fairly quiet. Convenient small beach and pool. Basic gym, nice sauna. Excellent breakfast the odd grumpy staff there but most people speak to you. Could do a bit more on recycling and have a drinking water refill station as water from the taps not drinkable and most people have moved on from bottled water /plastic waste. Overall would recommend especially through third party booking sites where you can get discounts.

Grande chambre en bord de mer avec grande terrasse et vue sur la piscine. Mais l'ensemble de l'hôtel est très impersonnel : aucune décoration que ce soit dans les chambres, la réception ou le restaurant. Slightly disappointed

Overall our stay was nice but they didn’t replenish the tea bags and water, we were there for two nights and only allowed 2 tea bags for the two night, reception said they don’t give more. Wasn’t clear on checking in where the room was, my husband has a bad leg and looking around for the room caused a lot of unnecessary walking and discomfort. The shower was a wet room and water was coming out under the door into the room. Location was good and out look beautiful.
