Glass toilet wall

Helpful and friendly staff from start to finish. Bed nice and big and comfortable. Very clean throughout hotel. Nice breakfast, fully English and continental style. The bad bit was the design of the toilet partition wall, smoked glass wall with glass door. Not very private and the light would shine through the glass wall and over the bed at night.

Great airport hotel

This is one of my favorit airport hotels in Europe. Easy access, rental car dropoff nearby, decent restaurant, clean rooms with good beds. Staff are pleasant enough, and price is OK. I stay here everytime I fly from Aberdeen airport.

The closeness to the airport is very good. The transport from the hotel is good but coming back it is difficult to reach and get cabs. I wish they at least had some Indian or more vegetarian dishes in their menu and their kitchen only operated limited time in the day.

Overnight stay for event at nearby P & J Arena. Very happy with check-in, receptionist friendly and efficient, she even gave us complimentary tickets for bus to the arena! Room was good, bathroom very clean, the carpet shows sign of wear though. Nice and quiet despite being so close to airport. Adequate parking but didn't realise in advance there is a charge to park. All in all happy with our stay and will definitely consider staying again.

Hotel was okay, nothing special. Staff were pretty cold, and werent overly engaging. Bed's were okay, the bathroom in the room needed some cosmetic attetion, and there was a weird stain on the carpet. Limited parking availability made it difficult if you were arriving back at the hotel any later than 7pm.

Tradesman Hotel

What can I describe about this hotel. The are more people than actual seats in the restaurant. The reception, restaurant, bar, meeting area, etc is all in the same room. This hotel is extreanly busy you will be lucky to get a seat.. not becuase the its so good... becuase there are so few. Loads of tradesman just getting smashed on the beer at night. The steak was £28... for a 8oz steak that when asled for Rare is given ti you what ever the chef felt like cooking it. I shall leave that for my food review.

Front desk staff and the cook were awesome! Jordan, Kristy, Laura delivered the best customer service: Jordan allowed us to check in early. Travelling with our children so Kristy assigned our rooms close by and Laura did some research on the airport eateries for us for the following travel day. She also help my husband reach out to their chef who cooked him the 'perfect' burger! (we weren't fans of then sweet chutney on the bun, lol! Thank you for the gentle wakeup call. It made my day!!
