Nice and clean. Good bar. Walking distance to the surfboard rental and surfing lessons places. The hotel itself is a bit hard to find and get to. Once there, learn your way around. 10 minutes to Rincon by car. Rooms need doormats.

I am so happy we chose this accommodation. We got a King Room, over the pool with a little view of the ocean. The room was well presented with every thing we needed. There is a fantastic bar/restaurant on the property and they had entertainment each night and every band was excellent. There is a convenience store on the property too with all you need. The location is great, close to everything, walk to places and a short drive to others. The staff, security and the owners are very attentive. We would for sure go back and will be telling everyone else to as well.

Staff was great, Jerry the security checked us in, and answered all questions we had, and the next day met David, where he was also very helpful with recommendations. The room was clean and stocked with proper toiletries. There was parking, and a restaurant right across the street. Didn’t use the pool, but there was one available, and the beach was only a 3 minute walk. Def a spot worth checking out:)

It was a nice hotel. The only thing is they have a bar which is nice but the noise level is to load to around midnight. This might not bother some people. But I am a lite sleeper. Also had the feel if I was I Destin, Florida. It have been nice to have more traditional Spanish culture around. Also, I was a bit surprised that I was locked out my room because there was a balance of 25 dollars which I could have payed at check out.

We stayed at Casa Verde because it's a great location. Unfortunately, nothing else about the stay was great. Our room was right under the bar, which played loud music with lots of screams and hooting till 11:00 pm (we left early but were told the music plays till 2:00 am on weekends). The floor in the room wasn't clean. The bathroom was a joke, not big enough to turn around in and barely a trickle of water in the sink. The staff was nice enough, offering us earplugs for the music, but they wouldn't or couldn't change our room. We won't stay here again.
