Great newly renovated hotel. Staff is excellent. What we loved most was how we didn’t hear other guests in the next room. Would have loved to have a better shower door that was easier to close and perhaps a shelf for my own toiletries in the shower. Breakfast was ok, we were there 3 days and there’s almost zero variety of food items. The scrambled eggs seemed a little runny too.

　客室はとても清潔で快適でした！　スタッフの対応も良かったです！　大浴場も暖かい湯船でゆっくり出来、旅の疲れが取れ本当にリラックスできました！ただ、もう少し遅い時間まで入れると嬉しかったのと、椅子と桶があれば尚いいですね！　あと、駅からも徒歩圏内で近くに入りたいお店がたくさんあってワクワクしました！　部屋からの眺めも夜景も最高でした！　次回宿泊の際もまた利用したいです！

2駅の間くらいにありますが、どちらからもそんなに坂もなく行きやすかったです。窓から韓屋の屋根が見えて趣がありました。大浴場があると書いてありましたが、チェックインの際に修理中で使えないと言われたのが残念です。室内のシャワーは水圧も水捌けも良くて使いやすかったですが、ドライヤーがすごく弱かったので、ロングヘアの方は乾かすのに時間がかかると思います。

O quarto estava muito quente (26°C) durante a noite e não era possível abaixar a temperatura pois o ar não funcionava. Eles nos informaram que se a temperatura externa estiver menor do que 22°C o ar central era desligado. Dormi muito mal todas as noites por conta disso.

Great location, western beds, very clean and fresh! Breakfast was a little simple but good value for what they charged. Location is so great for this hotel if you want to explore Seoul. Good price for the standard, location etc. They have a self service laundry which we used as a family.

This is one of the best hotels in Insadong

Our brief stay at ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong was top notch! Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff greeted and welcomed us warmly. We were quickly checked in and given early access to our room. The lobby was very clean and well organized as were the restrooms on the first floor. The seating area has a great view of the street. Hotel location is excellent-it is walking distance to many places of interest for visitors.

また泊まりたいそんな宿！

駅から少し離れてますが、街並みが良く、楽しく歩けるので苦でなく、その上、美味しい店が近距離にたくさんあり、過ごしやすい。長期で宿泊するのに適している。荷物が少なければ空港バス乗り場まですぐです。部屋は快適でバスルームが狭いですが、熱い湯も出るし、水圧も良かった。地下の銭湯は汗を流すのに良い。バスタオルあります。フロントで鍵をもらいましょう。10階でしたが、真上にテラスがあり、ここがすごく癒されます。お酒を持って夜景を楽しめますよ！最後にスタッフも明るく親切丁寧です。安心して泊まれました。
