Room was comfortable, but the hotel has definitely gone under renovations recently, there was water heard dripping in the wall, wall paper peeling, and cockroaches seen in the bathroom. We remained at the room, bought a small can of bug spray and sprayed the baseboards and didn't see another bug during our whole trip of 4 days.

A room with a view

The staff were so friendly. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Gatlinburg. Even though it was on the Main Street it was very quiet. It is an older hotel, but well maintained. The is some covered parking available. Our section of the hotel had balconies with great views.

I had to swap rooms because they could not get TV to work. Exhaust fan in bathroom of other room did not work. Other than that room was real nice. Good view from balcony. Good area around hotel. Indoor swimming pool not heated, was too cold to enjoy even kids would not get in. Staff was very courteous & nice.
